This PR adds a new medium size option to the BpkPrice component, which uses the H3 text style. This addition addresses new design requirements for itinerary cards while avoiding breaking changes to the existing small size.

This change introduces a new variation for
bpkPrice's size option. Currently supported size options arexsmall,small, andlarge. This introducesmediumwhich leverages theH3text styling.This has been in discussion with Adam in order to handle new requirements from experience design as they look to evolve their itinerary cards.
This approach was taken to as the alternative was to change the value of
smallfrom usingH4toH3text style, which would be introducing a breaking change.The component now offers the following sizes (image provided by design)
