This PR migrates the BpkCheckbox component from JavaScript (with Flow types) to TypeScript. The migration removes legacy Flow type annotations, PropTypes definitions, and defaultProps, replacing them with native TypeScript type definitions.
- Converts component files from JS to TS/TSX with proper TypeScript type definitions
- Removes Flow type annotations and PropTypes in favor of TypeScript interfaces
- Updates component props to extend native HTML input attributes using TypeScript utility types

The state value used in the action message will be stale. This should use !prevState.isChecked or the updated state value instead of this.state.isChecked since setState is asynchronous.

type is deleted to align with Checkbox's API:
type is fixed to checkbox while label is the required API

Changed, but he change won’t impact existing Checkbox usage, but it’s meant for future cases, right?
New users can now import BpkCheckbox’s props directly?

Yes, this is fully backward-compatible and won’t affect the existing usage of Checkbox.
It simply exposes the Props type in index.ts, making it easier for consumers to import the Checkbox Props directly.
