Add `when: always` to all `store_test_results`, "Collect JUnit XMLs", and `store_artifacts` steps across all test jobs so CircleCI uploads test results even when a test failure causes the Gradle task to exit non-zero. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Remove "Collect JUnit XMLs" run steps and let store_test_results recursively find XML files from the workspace root instead. Also remove unnecessary `when: always` from store_test_results and store_artifacts since those steps run regardless of job status by default. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Using path: . caused store_test_results to archive all XML files in the project (Android resources, layouts, IDE configs, etc.). Restore the collect step with a targeted find on */build/test-results/*/TEST-*.xml, and keep when: always only on the run step. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Motivation
CircleCI skips subsequent steps by default when a step exits non-zero. This meant the "Collect JUnit XMLs" step was never running when tests actually failed.
