Textarea values set via innerText were not being masked even when maskAllInputs was enabled. Apply maskInputValue() to the processTextareaValue code path. Adopts upstream rrweb PR #1599.

InputObserver polls via requestAnimationFrame while MutationObserver fires as microtasks, causing non-deterministic event ordering between local and CI Chrome. Adding waitForRAF between value assignments and setAttribute calls forces input events to flush before mutations.
