Changes proposed in this Pull Request:

Fixes a typo in a variable name I encountered when testing Email Change in production sites. Also adds a debug log when a Stripe customer can't be found for the user who updated their email.

How to test the changes in this Pull Request:

  1. Check out this branch.
  2. On a site using Stripe as the payment gateway, ensure you have define( 'NEWSPACK_EMAIL_CHANGE_ENABLED', true ); in wp-config.php.
  3. As a reader, purchase a subscription product using Stripe, then change your email address from My Account. Confirm that the email is updated for the customer profile in Stripe.
  4. Temporarily force an error by adding return new WP_Error( 'test error message' ); to Stripe_Connection::update_customer_data() here.
  5. Change the reader's email address again and confirm that the error is logged and the update fails to sync to Stripe, but the feature otherwise works as expected.
  6. Register a new reader account without any purchases and change their email address in My Account, and confirm that the debug message Skipping Stripe email update: no Stripe customer found for user <user_email> is logged.
