At Functional Patterns Dublin, all of our sessions are designed to help you understand how to improve your body. Whether it’s your initial assessment, ongoing in-person or online training, or one of our group classes, each visit is structured to give you clearer insight, practical tools, and a stronger ability to address your body’s issues.

We don’t simply throw techniques at you. Instead, we teach a clear framework and system of exercise that you can apply to correct imbalances, improve posture, and move out of pain. Exercise is the vehicle, but real change comes from understanding and application.
