Services
See below for examples of who we work with and how we can help, with online therapy services offered throughout Washington State.
Individuals
We specialize in providing support for people experiencing issues such as: difficulty related to your own or a loved one's substance use, self-esteem/self-concept, difficult life transitions, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, trauma, shame, suicidal ideation, and self-harm.
Couples, Families & Relational
Our therapists work with clients in relationships and family systems with various cultures/ethnicities, socio-economic backgrounds, religious beliefs, and Queer and BIPOC identities. We focus on supporting clients to practice effective communication, establish and maintain healthy boundaries, repair relational ruptures, increase empathy and understanding of each person's experience, and deepen connection and intimacy. We specialize in helping clients experiencing problems resulting from substance use, suicidal ideation and non-suicidal self-harm, neurodiversity, infertility and pregnancy, and parenting difficulties.
Adults
Our hope is to support adults in their continued growth and development throughout their life span. Our therapists utilize a number of therapeutic approaches to help adults process what has happened in their past and empower them to build resiliency and self-confidence.
Kids
Our therapists meet children where they are at developmentally — using age-appropriate approaches like play, creativity, and engaging conversation to help them feel seen and understood. We support kids in learning healthy coping skills, expanding emotional awareness, strengthening communication, and building confidence at their own pace.
Parents & Caregivers
We support parents and caregivers navigating the emotional complexities of raising children — including managing transitions, family stress, blended family dynamics, and parenting neurodivergent kids. Our caregiver-focused therapy helps you build confidence, strengthen attachment, and create a compassionate home environment. Whether you’re adjusting to parenthood, co-parenting after separation, or seeking support through behavioral and developmental concerns, we’re here with non-judgmental guidance and practical skills.
Teens
It is an honor for us to support teens in their personal growth and help them to manage the difficult transitions that occur during this stage of life. We have experience connecting with teens and building strong therapeutic relationships that lead to improved wellness.
Young Adults & College Students
We support young adults navigating the challenges of independence, identity development, academic pressure, relationship changes, and the uncertainty that comes with early adulthood. Therapy offers a grounded, non-judgmental space to help you build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and clarify the direction you want to go next.
Women’s Support & Empowerment
Our women-centered therapy recognizes the unique social, cultural, and emotional experiences women face. We provide a supportive space to explore issues such as identity development, body image and self-esteem, relational stress, work-life balance, and gender-related trauma. You’ll find compassionate care that honors your lived experience and supports healing, resilience, and empowerment.
Men’s Mental Health
We offer therapy tailored to the concerns many men encounter — from societal expectations around strength and vulnerability to relationships, stress, anxiety, and life transitions. Our approach prioritizes emotional awareness, healthy expression, and relational connection, helping you navigate internal pressures and build authentic, meaningful lives.
LGBTQIA+ Affirming Care
We provide LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy that celebrates and supports the full spectrum of sexual orientations and gender identities. This includes identity exploration, coming out support, coping with minority stress, relationship and family concerns, and work on trauma or discrimination effects. Our clinicians use culturally competent, gender-affirming language and practices so that you feel truly seen and understood in a safe therapeutic space.
Non-Binary & Gender-Expansive Individuals
While gender-affirming care is a core part of our practice, we also highlight specific support for non-binary, gender-fluid, genderqueer, and gender-expansive individuals. Therapy offers space to explore identity, expression, relationships, and transition-related experiences in a fully affirming environment.
Relationship & Sexuality-Diverse Communities
We offer affirming support for individuals exploring or living in consensually non-monogamous relationships, kink communities, asexual and aromantic identities, and other forms of diverse sexual or relational expression. Therapy is a space to explore identity, communication, boundaries, and authenticity without judgment.
BIPOC & Culturally Responsive Support
We are committed to culturally responsive care that acknowledges how race, ethnicity, culture, and systemic stress impact mental health and resilience. Whether you identify as Black, Indigenous, a Person of Color, or come from a multicultural background, our team offers supportive, anti-racist, and identity-affirming therapy tailored to your unique experiences and strengths.
Immigrant, Refugee & Multicultural Communities
We offer culturally responsive therapy for individuals navigating multiple worlds — balancing cultural expectations, acculturation stress, intergenerational dynamics, family roles, and identity development. Our approach honors your story and supports you in finding strength and meaning within your cultural experience.
Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy
We welcome neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, Autism, and other neurodiverse profiles, with neurodiversity-affirming care that respects your cognitive and sensory world. Therapy sessions are adapted to your communication style and processing needs, and we work collaboratively on emotional regulation, executive functioning, self-advocacy, and life strategy goals — all in a space that values neurodivergent strengths as well as challenges.
Individuals Living With Chronic Illness or Pain
Chronic illness and persistent pain can affect every part of life — energy, relationships, mood, and identity. We offer compassionate therapy that acknowledges the complexity of your experience, supports emotional resilience, and helps you navigate the ongoing challenges of long-term health conditions.
Professionals Experiencing Work-Related Stress or Burnout
We help individuals navigating high pressure, perfectionism, job dissatisfaction, workplace conflict, or burnout. Therapy can support you in setting boundaries, rediscovering balance, building self-confidence, and connecting with your values beyond productivity.
People Navigating Major Life Transitions
We provide support through big life changes — such as career shifts, becoming a caregiver, relationship changes, relocation, empty nesting, or exploring a new phase of identity. Therapy can help you orient, regulate, and find clarity during seasons of uncertainty.
Substance Use
Substance use can be destructive in many ways, including conflicts with family and friends, legal concerns, physical and mental health problems, and underdevelopment of healthy coping or stress management skills. Substance use problems can affect anyone, regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, religion, socioeconomic status, or family environment. We help people identify healthy coping skills, understand triggers, and develop relapse prevention strategies. We are experienced in working to promote harm reduction in clients' lives and assisting them in achieving their goals regarding substance use.
Loved Ones of Substance Users
When someone we love is abusing or has become dependent on substances, it can be frightening, hurtful, lonely, and angering. This can result in feelings of hopelessness, powerlessness, shame, and blame, which in turn may lead to increased conflict and cutoff in the relationship with the using loved one. Our therapeutic approach is aligned with Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), which empowers loved ones to effect positive relationship changes that can influence the substance user to seek treatment. This creates a shift to reducing conflict and improving the relationship with the substance user. In this way, healthy changes are not dependent on the substance user and you can attend sessions on your own, or with anyone else in your family who is ready for change. The substance user does not need to be ready to seek treatment in order for you to start getting help.

Intersectional Support
We recognize that many clients hold multiple, intersecting identities — for example, a neurodivergent LGBTQIA+ Black parent, or a BIPOC woman managing workplace stress and family care. Our practice integrates an intersectional framework so we can support you holistically, honoring the ways your identities shape your experiences and therapeutic goals.
