IMPORTANT - READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. BY PURCHASING OR USING ANY PRODUCTS, SOFTWARE, OR SCRIPTS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

This is an End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) between FixBD (“licensor/we”) and you (“user”). By purchasing from us, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products for any illegal purpose. A breach of any Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 – AVAILABILITY AND PRICING

All prices and availability are subject to change. As our order process is handled by Paddle, final prices will be displayed at the checkout. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service without notice.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND LICENSING

Our products are digital software and licenses. These are available exclusively online through FixBD. Every effort is made to display product features accurately. Your purchase grants you a non-transferable license to use the software according to the specific plan purchased.

SECTION 4 – Service Delivery Model

While our core products (plugins, templates) are delivered instantly as automated digital downloads, we also offer human-driven customization and implementation services. These services involve our team manually configuring products, developing additional features, or providing dedicated support based on client-specific requirements. Delivery timelines and pricing for custom work are agreed upon separately before project commencement.

SECTION 5 – ACCURACY OF BILLING

Payments are processed securely via Paddle. You agree to provide current and accurate account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized reseller behavior.

SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may use third-party tools to improve our service. We are not responsible for examining the content or accuracy of third-party websites or services linked from our site.

SECTION 7 – PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site for unlawful purposes, infringing on intellectual property, or transmitting malicious code/viruses. Violation leads to immediate account termination.

SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FixBD and its reseller, Paddle, shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of the service. The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use.

SECTION 9 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal claims must be brought within the jurisdiction of a competent Court in Bangladesh.
