User's Rights

Under global data protection laws (such as GDPR), you have certain rights regarding your personal information:

• Correction: You can request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): You can request the deletion of your personal data under certain conditions.
• Object & Restrict: You can object to the processing of your data for marketing or restrict how we use it.
• Data Portability: You have the right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Note: Since Paddle.com handles our payment processing, some data requests related to transaction history must be directed to Paddle as the Merchant of Record.

Representation and Responsibility: Usage on Behalf of Others

“You” refers to any individual or entity using our Services. If you use our Services on behalf of another person or entity (e.g., a School or Organization), you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept this Agreement on their behalf. In the event of a violation of these Terms, both you and the entity you represent agree to be held responsible to FixBD.
