Communication is Key

Having accurate information means we can help you effectively and efficiently, especially in the case of an emergency. If you are a new or existing owner and need to provide or update your contact information, you can do that here. Are you moving and need to cancel your payments? You can do that here too! Check out our list of forms.

I’m a new owner – what do I need to do?

Fill out the Unit Owner Information form in full, and make sure to indicate your consent for email communication. We highly recommend that you pay your monthly fees via Pre-Authorized Payment, so you will also need to submit the Condo Fee PAP form as well as a void cheque. If you are renting out your unit, you are also required to fill out a Lease Summary form.

I’m selling my unit – is there a form for that?

Yes! The Condo Fee Payment Cancellation form directs us to cancel your PAP payments at the appropriate time. Even if you do not pay by PAP, please fill out this form (including the closing date) so that we are aware that the unit is changing hands.

I would like to run for the Board of Directors at the upcoming AGM.

Great! Fill out the Candidate Disclosure form before the deadline indicated in the Annual General Meeting package posted on your community website (there is a copy of the Candidate Disclosure form in there too). We encourage you to get in touch with your condominium manager if you have any questions about the form or what it’s like to be on a Board of Directors.

I’m not able to attend the upcoming Annual General Meeting for my condominium.

By filling out a Proxy form, you can have your interests represented by someone who is attending on your behalf (your proxy). Please refer to the full Annual General Meeting package in the Document Library of the community website for meeting details. Make sure to check out the Proxy Instructions when filling out a Proxy form.

I’m looking for condominium documents and can’t find them on the community website.

The community website includes condominium documents such as: the declaration, bylaws, rules, policies, owner’s meeting information, budget packages, etc. If there are other documents or corporation records that you would like to review (board meeting minutes, contracts, etc.), you will need to make a request using the Record Request form. This prescribed form is also available on the Condominium Authority of Ontario website.
