Instructor Training: Virtual and In Person

We can train your team to lead our three main programs:

  • Survival Skills for Healthy Families
  • Solid Rock Students
  • SuperHero Academy

Throughout the year, we hold several virtual group training sessions that allow you to share the curriculum with your community.

Should your organization need a more personalized training, we offer in person trainings as well.

Virtual Workshops and On-Demand Programming

Leave the training to us! We have a membership available to your community called Resilient Roots. It includes virtual, on-demand versions of our programs that parents and caregivers can access as needed. We also offer group discounts to our agency and church partners. Contact us to get your discount!

Mental Health Care

Our Revive and Thrive Family Support Initiative provides wraparound support for families, including access to our programs and mental health support. Families receive one-on-one guidance from our family support team as well as matching financial support for mental health treatment that may be required. We also help families find therapeutic services and negotiate discounts where we can. Finally, we create a funding coalition to ensure the family can continue to pay for the therapies as long as needed.

Currently, families in the program must be referred by a partner organization. To become one please contact us.

Church Partnerships

Supporting your community is a top priority. It is impossible to be all things to all people and have the training necessary to handle every situation that your families are facing.

Finally Home is the go-to resource for foster, adoptive, and kinship families across the nation to get support so kids can heal and families can thrive.

We have crafted a partnership specifically with church leaders in mind. This allows you to share the benefits of our programs and resources with your members, without the cost and expertise required to execute those programs. You’ll be giving foster, adoptive, and kinship caregivers the resources they need to support their children in healing from the traumas they have experienced.

About Our Curriculum

Finally Home utilizes Family Wellness’ research-based curriculum, which has been around since 1980. It takes from the best of social science and psychological research combined with skills and patterns that consistently show up in healthy families. Our training helps foster better communication between caregivers and children, to allow for the healing process from trauma to begin.

This training supports the entire family with workbooks, videos, and additional tools to reach each member of the family where they are at.

Our signature course, Survival Skills for Healthy Families, is available as secular and non-secular options.
