How Can I Pull Reports?

The reviews module has a very easy-to-use yet powerful reporting feature built into the system. You can pull CSV reports based on a number of parameters you select. Here’s how:

 

  1. Login to the Reviews Module using your unique credentials.

  1. To the left of your dashboard click on ‘Reports’

  1. From this screen you can select from different parameters you want included in your report. You can sort by date, include or exclude notes/details, and sort by ticket status. Once complete, click on the blue ‘Export’ button below the parameters box. This will initiate a download of your report in CSV format.

  1. You can view your report easily in excel. The report includes organized and valuable data.
