The reviews module has a very easy-to-use yet powerful reporting feature built into the system. You can pull CSV reports based on a number of parameters you select. Here’s how:
- Login to the Reviews Module using your unique credentials.

- To the left of your dashboard click on ‘Reports’

- From this screen you can select from different parameters you want included in your report. You can sort by date, include or exclude notes/details, and sort by ticket status. Once complete, click on the blue ‘Export’ button below the parameters box. This will initiate a download of your report in CSV format.

- You can view your report easily in excel. The report includes organized and valuable data.
Use this feature for proper reporting of your feedback.
