FeedbackAutomatic offers several easy ways for requesting reviews from clients.
One of the easiest ways is to use our bulk feedback request feature. It allows you to upload a CSV of current or past customers and links directly to your feedback survey and rating screen.
Many people are not sure how to ask for feedback so it even has a client feedback request email template built into the feature.
To access:
First sign into your FeedbackAutomatic account. Then:
1) Click “FeedbackAutomatic” from the left menu, then the “Request” tab.

2) Enter an Email address or Upload a CSV with your customer list by clicking “Send to Multiple People” (Shown above
3) If uploading multiple emails with Follow the wizard to preview the emails before sending
4) Click “Send” to send the email.
Edit your client feedback request email template:
The template feature makes it easy to customize a personalized email to reuse when asking for customer reviews.
To access, click the “Template” tab on the “Request” screen.

View your client feedback request email history:
There is a fine line between politely asking for feedback or online reviews and annoying your clients. With our Email History feature, you’ll be able to see what clients you’ve requested feedback from and which you haven’t.
Simply click on the “History” tab on the “Request” screen.
