We achieve this thanks to the “70-20-10” model, which comprises a combination of practical experience (70%), mentoring and coaching (20%), and formal training (10%). This formal training includes onboarding programs for the development of soft and technical skills for all. Over the past year, we have successfully delivered more than 82,000 hours of training.

We have initiated concrete projects focused on inclusive language by joining the Manifesto of Non-Hostile Communication. Hybrid working: greater flexibility, greater wellbeing
Fater is one of the first companies in Italy to have adopted a 100% hybrid working model, which allows employees to work remotely up to 5 days a week for all compatible job positions. For incompatible roles, we offer 2 additional days of holiday, for example for people working in our production plants and Research & Development laboratories.
Hybrid Work: More Flexibility, More Wellbeing
Fater is one of the first companies in Italy to adopt a fully hybrid work model, enabling remote work for all compatible roles for up to five days a week. For positions that require on-site presence, such as those in our production plants and R&D labs, we offer two additional vacation days to acknowledge their unique contributions and support their well-being.

Through Market Product Insights, we actively listen to consumers’ needs. Surveys, focus groups and direct observation guide our choices, bringing each product closer to those who use it.
Community
We promote corporate volunteering and projects dedicated to supporting the most vulnerable people. With initiatives such as Spazio Donna, Pampers Village, urban regeneration campaigns and campaigns against hate, we encourage listening, inclusion and practical support at a local level.
