We are steadfast in our commitment to enhancing the happiness of our colleagues and the communities we serve. This is the foundation of our People First, our primary strategy.

Active listening enables us to understand needs, assess the effectiveness of actions previously taken, and inform future initiatives.

We use our Happiness Survey to assess and enhance the well-being of our team members; this serves as the starting point of our People First strategy.

The essence of Growth and Impact lies in nurturing individuals' talents and helping them excel.

This is enabled by the “70-20-10” model, which provides a comprehensive and effective path for skills development by balancing experience and training.

We support the holistic well-being of Fater people: physical, mental, relational, and financial.

We achieve this through the implementation of internal campaigns, the organization of workshops, and the provision of practical tools. Our commitment extends not only to the well-being of our employees but also to the welfare of their families and the communities in which we operate.

With UXel Academy, we integrate stories, experiences, and diverse perspectives into our organization to inspire and engage participants. Our dedicated sessions focus on key topics aligned with our People First strategy, including inclusion, learning from mistakes, diversity, and the value of personal identity.

The theme of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) is extremely important to us.

In the year 2023/24, we initiated projects aimed at promoting inclusive language, parenthood, equity, combating gender-based violence, and caregiving. This commitment is further demonstrated by our internal survey, which indicated a 7-point increase in perceived inclusiveness compared to the prior year.

In addition to various initiatives, we provide information and training to employees on topics such as Legal, Privacy, the Code of Ethics, and MOGC to promote appropriate behavior and transparency towards the company and third parties.
