The theme of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) is extremely important to us.
In the year 2023/24, we initiated projects aimed at promoting inclusive language, parenthood, equity, combating gender-based violence, and caregiving. This commitment is further demonstrated by our internal survey, which indicated a 7-point increase in perceived inclusiveness compared to the prior year.
