From submitting your CV to receiving our response, every step is designed to determine if we can grow together. You will always receive feedback, whether it is positive or negative.

If your profile meets the requirements, you will be contacted for a brief introductory interview.
We will assess your attitude, skills, and motivation either in person or through Skype.
You will receive a link to complete an aptitude test.
The final step, after passing the test, is to assess your specific competencies.
You will receive notification regarding the outcome, regardless of whether it is positive or negative.
