What does a Student Support Coach do?
Provide personalized support for Evolve502 scholars to achieve their personal and academic goals and assist students in navigating the college environment. The coaches work closely with our college partners to identify resources both internally and within the community. The Student Support Coaches also have access to Emergency Funds to support students needs.
Who is eligible for a Student Support Coach?
- All Evolve502 Opportunity Grant scholars are assigned a Student Support Coach, who will check in regularly with our scholars.
- All enrolled Evolve502 scholars are eligible to meet with a Student Support Coach.

- Improve academic study habits
- Get connected to campus resources
- Assist in navigating financial stressors
- Establish goals
- Create a time management plan
- Navigate plans after college

Current Scholar Appeal Form
If you are a current scholar and have not maintained eligibility for your scholarship and wish to appeal, complete the Current Scholar Appeal Form .
To be considered, all Spring 2026 appeals must be submitted by:
- 11:59 p.m. Jan. 19, 2026 for all scholars taking at least 1 class during the 16-week spring term.

11:59 p.m. Feb. 15, 2026 for all scholars taking all classes during the 12-week spring term.
