December 15, 2025 3:00 PM ET: User reports data for December 10 and 11 has now been corrected for all customers. We’re sorry that this process took longer than expected.
December 11, 2025 10:16 AM ET: Reports for December 10 and the morning of December 11 (ET) are showing 0 values for all user activity. This issue was caused by a code change deployed yesterday morning, which has now been fixed for data going forward. The missing data from yesterday and earlier today is being corrected and that process is expected to be complete for all customers within 24 hours. We will post an update when that has happened.
