For more a decade, Glo has been my virtual teaching and practice home, streaming high caliber classes, programs, teaching and sequencing. Spending many days and weeks mapping and preparing for my Glo classes, my aim is to offer you a strengthening, enriching personal practice in your own space. 

All-Levels Vinyasa

With options to level up or down, this Vinyasa practice welcomes all levels to find opening and balance. Enjoy a full-body, breath-focused sequence that flows through Chair Pose to Sun Salutations, Eagle Pose, several backbends, abdominal work, and an inversion (Headstand or Legs Up The Wall). A wall and block are optional for support in various poses.

Stretchy Slow Flow

Slow your roll while still challenging yourself in this relaxing yet strong practice with Sun Salutations, standing postures, hip openers, forward folds, and backbends. In a thoughtful, grounding sequence, you’ll move through three distinct flows, including Pigeon, Anjaneyasana (Crescent), Warriors, Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle), Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon), Ustrasana (Camel Pose), and Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose).

Balance Emotions Hatha

This Hatha practice supports you in being at home with yourself, finding your center, and inviting balance inwardly. Start with Svadisthana Mudra and Cat/Cow, then move through a slightly demanding breath-focused sequence with Dog Split, Standing Split, Trikonasana (Triangle), Warrior I, Tree Pose, Bow Pose, and an inversion of your choice (wall support optional).

Calm Hatha

Focus on centering, grounding, and simplicity to settle your energy in this gentle yet fortifying Hatha practice. Start with Standing Side Stretch, then move at a steady, somewhat slow pace through twists in Chair and Uttanasana (Standing Forward Fold), Plank, Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose), and Anjaneyasana (Crescent) before finishing with Dandasana (Staff Pose), Pashchimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold), and meditation.

This Hatha practice features less talking to help quiet the noise in your inner and outer worlds. You'll open and strengthen your body in a stretchy sequence with slow Sun Salutations, Low Lunge, Triangle, Dog Split to Warrior II, Pigeon variations, and Wide-Legged Forward Fold with side stretches, then finish in meditation.

Rise & Shine Vinyasa

Awaken your body and quiet your mind in this stretchy, active Vinyasa practice that invites gentleness and compassion toward yourself. Expect lots of Chair Poses and strength-building in a sequence with Plank and Pigeon variations, standing postures, Mountain Climbers, Squat variations, Camel Pose, and Seated Forward Fold to finish.
