The Duck Dreams About Being Pursued by Ennard from FNAF

I’ve been playing FNAF: Ultimate Custom Night lately, which spawned a dream the night of May 20, 2025.  I was in this place that was a mix of the UCN office and FNAF 4.  You know how, in FNAF 4, there is a bedroom with a hallway on either side?  And then, there must be some room we never see at the end of those two hallways.  Well, the UCN office was on the other end of the house where the two hallways meet up, if that makes sense.  I was doing my best to keep the animatronics out, but Ennard crawled out of the vent into the office.  So I started running down the hallway, and Ennard followed casually along behind, in no hurry to catch up.  I was going to run into the bedroom at the end of the hallway and lock the door, but I knew it wouldn’t matter because Ennard could easily break down the door.

I barely remember my death, but I know I died in some way, only to respawn in the office.  And so the night began again, and I had to fend off animatronics once more.  Somehow, people were watching me, as if this was merely some sort of game and not a life-or-death situation.  I yelled at the people to be quiet, as they were talking loudly and making it hard for me to hear if anything was in the vent.  The dream, fortunately, ended before any more animatronics got in my office, but I won’t soon forget being slowly pursued by the horrifying tangle of wires known as Ennard, so casual about his chase because he knew his victory was guaranteed.  Shudder…

FNAF Ultimate Custom Night Playthrough on Virtual Bastion

FNAF Ultimate Custom Night has us squaring off against a grand total of 50 animatronics spread across the first 6 FNAF games.  This no-commentary series has the Duck earning high scores in roughly 700-point intervals so that we can unlock the various Bear of Vengeance and Toy Chica: The High School Years cutscenes.

FNAF 5: Sister Location – When FNAF Became More Sci-Fi

Five Nights at Freddy’s 5, also known as Sister Location, was the first time the series started to take more of a sci-fi direction, with sleek, shiny robots that could open their faceplates to reveal an endoskeleton made of noodly metal cables.  It was also the first game in the series to really veer away from traditional FNAF gameplay (disregarding FNAF World).  I’ve forgotten what is a spoiler and what would have been readily apparent upon the game’s release, so I might be needlessly cryptic at times to avoid spoiling the story.

Becoming a Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Franchisee in FNAF 6

FNAF 6, AKA Pizzeria Simulator, has you becoming a franchisee tasked with managing your very own Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria.  In addition to the usual five nights of keeping animatronics from murdering you, you’ll also be able to buy far more docile animatronics to entertain your guests, playtest games that will earn you bonus revenue, and…get sued when it all goes horribly wrong!

Celebrating October with FNAF 1-4 on Virtual Bastion

To celebrate the spooky month of October, we’re going to be playing Five Nights at Freddy’s 1-4 (after all, the 10-year anniversary was just a few months ago…).  We’re starting where it all began, with the very first FNAF game from August 8 of 2014, where we have to keep the classic four animatronics of Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy out of our office or else get stuffed into an animatronic suit!  After all, they do get a bit quirky at night… (Please click the video link. I have no idea why the video itself isn’t showing up…)

DRTC Continues with Random Game Modes on Virtual Bastion

Death Road to Canada isn’t over yet, folks!  Now it’s time to attempt several more game modes in our efforts to reach Canada and survive the zombie apocalypse!

  • Short Trip to Heck Mode: We’ll only have 9 days to reach Canada instead of the usual 15.  Sounds great, until you remember that we also have less time to prepare for the final siege…
  • Rare Characters Mode: Just as the name suggests, we’ll be joined by more rare characters than usual!
  • Long Winding Road Mode: Now we have to survive for 25 days instead of 15.  At least we’ll have more time to hoard our weapons for maximum zombie-slaying goodness!

DRTC: Four Jerks Mode Returns on Virtual Bastion

Like a zombie rising from its grave, Death Road to Canada has returned once more!  Although we were unable to finish Four Jerks Mode back in October, I’ve got a whole new group of characters to add to our growing roster.  Will we finally reach Canada or will we die trying?  (We’ll probably die, as Four Jerks Mode has 30% more zombies!)

The United States has been infested with zombies, and our only hope for survival is to reach Canada!  Join the Duck and various custom characters as we fight zombies, gather supplies, and encounter no shortage of bad luck in this challenging roguelike game.  We WILL die, but fortunately, every randomly-generated playthrough will be different!

Death Road to Canada Highlights

Lately, I’ve been playing a lot of Death Road to Canada, with the main purpose being to earn Zombo Points so that I can unlock various upgrades, including new traits and perks.  In the process, I managed to reach Canada in Familiar Characters Mode two more times (for a total of three successful runs), along with many failed attempts.  While I didn’t record these particular playthroughs, I did take notes so that I could share some of the highlights from my adventures:
