Back when I was a duckling, I had fond memories of watching only one animated Scooby-Doo movie, Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island from 1998. It was surprisingly scary and more fun than a whole box full of Scooby Snacks! Many years later, Mother Duck and I decided it would be entertaining to seek out even more Scooby-Doo movies and see how they stack up against Zombie Island, which I have since learned is basically the king of Scooby movies. While reading this ranking, please keep in mind 2 important things. 1: As an adult, I am definitely not the target demographic of these movies. And 2: These are not all the animated Scooby-Doo movies, just the ones we were most easily able to watch.

Listmas 2023: Demos I Played in 2023
I’ve already ranked the full games I played this year, and now it’s time I ranked all the demos I got to play this past year (and, ahem, record for Virtual Bastion’s Youtube channel). I’ll be doing something a bit different this time around, where I’ll also be breaking these demos down by category. Demos are a great way to try new games that I wouldn’t have otherwise been interested in, and several of the games from my previous lists only came into my collection thanks to these free, snack-sized portions of gameplay. And then…there are the demos I’m super happy I didn’t pay for…

Listmas 2023: Other Games I Played This Year (And Beyond)
Last time, I ranked all the games I recorded this year for our Virtual Bastion Youtube channel. This time, I’m going to list all the games I played on my own, and boy, were there some doozies! Not only did I have the pleasure of playing several new entries in some of my favorite franchises, but I also revisited one of the most challenging games I’ve ever played and one of the glitchiest! (Also keep in mind that this list will extend partly into 2022, as well. I used to make these lists in July during my blogging anniversary, but since I didn’t do that this year, we have about 6 months of additional games to cover…)

Listmas 2023: Games I Recorded This Year (And Beyond)
Over on Virtual Bastion, we’re celebrating yet another Listmas, a little event in December where we write lists about all sorts of nifty topics. And so I thought I’d also extend Listmas over to my own blog because, well, listing things is fun. Nothing more to it. I thought I’d begin by ranking all of the games I recorded this year for our Virtual Bastion Youtube channel because the one thing that’s even more fun than making lists is ranking everything in it, leaving everything at the bottom to feel a great sense of shame at its own inadequacy. Or top, since I’ll be listing these games in order of least good to most goodest! (Also keep in mind that this list will extend partly into 2022, as well. I used to make these lists in July during my blogging anniversary, but since I didn’t do that this year, we have about 6 months of additional games to cover…)
