Submit your project to DocsBarcelona Pro 2026

DocsBarcelona Pro opens the call for documentary projects in development, production, and post-production for its 29th edition, taking place from May 9 to 14, 2026, in Barcelona, as part of DocsBarcelona.

The call is open to feature-length and mid-length non-fiction projects. Projects of any nationality are welcome.

Submission period:

· Opening: Tuesday, December 9, 2025
· Closing: Friday, January 30, 2026

To submit your project, you need to create an account on the festival platform Docs&Me.

The DocsBarcelona Pro team will review all submissions and an international committee select the projects that will participate in the festival’s pitch programs, mentoring, and B2B sessions.

The Campus DocsBarcelona is the annual training program of DocsBarcelona Pro that supports feature-length and documentary series projects in the early stages of development. The program includes two creative residencies with individualized guidance, masterclasses, specialized workshops, and mentoring, all delivered by internationally recognised professionals. The first residency runs alongside the festival.
