Cliffs
The Cliffs (JP: 崖) are a location within Flower Kingdom in Chapter 5 of Deltarune. The area, mainly consisting of large platforming sections, is a rocky cliff with there being different types of plants throughout some sections of it.
After trying to catch up to Asgore by climbing up a beanstalk, the party reaches Cliffs. They then get Asgore's attention while he is with Flowery and upon Asgore seeing them, Flowery flies Asgore away to Flower Castle before shortly flying over there himself.
As the party ventures through the Cliffs they see Aqua and Seth talking briefly about their names before running off.
The party meet Aqua and Seth again not long after the previous time, as they talk about making Asgore happy, but the party interrupts them by falling from high up before a battle against them starts.
Pink's shop is located directly after the encounter with Aqua and Seth's bullet pattern. When the party arrives at the shop, Pink mostly remarks on how beautiful the sunset is. After Pink is defeated, the party can interact with her at this location.
Right before getting to Flower Castle, the party meets with Aqua and Seth where they engage in a battle in which they flee at the end.
The Cliffs, true to their name, are a very vertiginous area, with platforming sections frequently moving the party upwards and downwards. Many rooms in the Cliffs are plateau-like, with no elevation changes and no scenery above. In other areas, rock faces can be seen in the background. The Cliffs feature occasional climbing sections using vines. Puzzles are rarer than average in the Cliffs.
The Beginning is where the party first enters from the Garden, and has one platswap statue and a SAVE point. Flower Castle and its Dark Fountain can be seen from a distance.
Pink appears in a shop located on the side of a vertical climb. Other features here include a SAVE point and a warp door.
Above Pink's shop is a small field of wheat. The first Kawkaw encounters of the game hide in this field. After this field is a longer one, featuring a dashing section and a Tropical Starwalker Bird who fires stars along the track.
There is a large room in the platforming game mode. There are three hangable flowers at the bottom, transitioning into a knife-based hazard-filled vertical section on the right side of the room, and concluding with a single flower that acts as a moving platform towards the exit in the top left of the room. Aqua's original Bullet Pattern appears throughout the whole room, and defeating the pattern is optional, though it will pester the party if left undefeated.
