At DeepDocs (“GradeHive Technologies Private Limited”), we offer a flexible subscription model that allows you to cancel anytime. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for both website-based subscriptions and GitHub Marketplace purchases.
1. Subscriptions via GitHub Marketplace
If you purchased DeepDocs through the GitHub Marketplace, the GitHub Marketplace Terms of Sale apply, including billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
- GitHub handles all transactions and refund processing directly.
- You can manage your subscription or cancel from your GitHub account billing settings.
- There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused; however, the service will remain active for the length of the paid billing period.

2. Subscriptions via Website
Self-Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription anytime through your DeepDocs account dashboard.
Cancellation Timing:
Cancellations are effective immediately but your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy:
- We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time.
- You retain full access to the service until the end of your billing period.
- If you cancel during a free trial, no charges will be incurred.
