At DeepDocs (“GradeHive Technologies Private Limited”), we value your privacy and are committed to being transparent about the data we collect and how it is used


1. Data storage

All code and documentation data is stored on secured servers within the EU and US. This data is used solely for operational purposes and is never processed for model training or improvement. We do not share your data with any third party, nor is it utilized to enhance LLMs. Upon uninstallation of the application, all associated data is permanently deleted. 2. No Fine-Tuning on Your Data

Your data is never used to train or fine-tune any AI models, neither ours nor those of third-party providers.


3. Minimal Data Collection

We collect only the essential metadata required to deliver the Service:

  • GitHub username and ID
  • Email address (for support and billing communication)
  • Repository metadata (name, owner, installation status)

This data is used solely to manage usage, issue credits, and communicate with you about your plan or issues.


4. Use of External APIs

We use APIs from trusted third-party providers such as OpenAI and Gemini to process your documentation and code inputs.

Both providers explicitly state that data submitted through their APIs is not used to train or fine-tune models.


5. Data Deletion

All data is automatically deleted when you cancel and uninstall the data.

We will process your request promptly, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and internal data retention policies.


7. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our GitHub Marketplace listing.
