Darnaby has an active PTA, which works closely with the principal and its teachers to enhance not just the educational experience for students but their entire school experience.

Darnaby is a national leader when it comes to STEM curriculum. Darnaby's program was designed and developed by Project Lead The Way, the nation’s leading provider of STEM education curricular programs for middle and high school students

Darnaby is located in the southwest section of the Union School District, in the midst of a friendly neighborhood west of Memorial and south of 81stStreet.

Some of the finest students in the nation started out in our classrooms with the support of a caring community and actively involved parents.

Before & After School

The Union Extended Day Program is an extension of the school day. Children participating in the EDP program are provided the opportunity for activities and quiet time. Afternoon sessions include a snack and a short period of free time before a study hall and other structured activities.

Union Finance Awarded Certificate of Achievement for Excellence In Financial Reporting By GFOA

For the 34th year in a row, Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to Union Public Schools for its annual comprehensive financial report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025.

Early Childhood

Union provides a full-day, year-round program for eligible 3-year-olds, 4-year-olds and kindergarteners. Students learn language, fine arts, problem-solving and more.

Union offers a wide range of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math opportunities. Union was the 1st in Oklahoma, & among only a handful of districts nationwide, to offer STEM to students Pre-K through 12th grade.
