Your First Step — Worship
Worship is often the first step in anyone’s faith journey. And if you’ve had a rocky past with churches or Christianity, this step can often be the hardest one. That’s why we’ve designed our Sunday services to serve as a safe place to learn about Jesus, worship Him, and build relationships.
We believe that both the believer and the seeker can encounter God’s presence through worship and can experience transformation as a result. We invite anyone and everyone to come as they are. And after you’ve stepped inside the front door–we don’t want you to stop there! It’s our desire to see you take further steps to begin to feel at home at Crosspoint.

Serving others and the community is an important next step in anyone’s faith journey. No matter what your interests are, there is always a service opportunity for you at Crosspoint. We strive to serve others through various teams on Sundays, as well as periodically throughout the year in Jonesborough.
Find Your Team
Children Ministries
From the nursery to active kiddos, we are always looking for volunteers who love the Lord to assist our wonderful children teachers.
Youth Program
Our core youth ministry, Connect, is dedicated to teaching pre-teens about Jesus and needs volunteers who are excited about doing just that.
Elevate Student Program
Lead by Cody and Jennifer Fair, Elevate needs volunteers who are passionate about helping our teens grow closer to Christ.
Other Ways to Volunteer
Hospitality
Our hospitality team offers refreshments during our break on Sundays. They prepare coffee and other goodies that help visitors relax and create an atmosphere for building relationships. We have two teams that serve, one for each service.
Guest Services
The guest services team welcomes, informs, and serves every guest who comes to our church. There are a variety of opportunities to serve on this team, both indoors and outdoors.
Production/Media
Our production and media team helps adults experience an engaging and fun worship service each Sunday morning. If you love all things technology, then this is the team for you!
Worship Team
The worship team leads us in worship in multiple services. This dedicated team of men and women are not only talented musicians, but also have a passion for leading others to experience the presence of God in each service.
Grounds Team
Our grounds team maintains the outer appearance of Crosspoint. They serve in a rotation of keeping the grass cut and tending to the landscaping to create a beautiful environment for guests as they arrive each Sunday.
