Paid Training

We believe our program is the most comprehensive dispatcher training and motivational program in the industry. It begins with 120 hours of classroom or one-on-one training, followed by many hours with an experienced dispatcher in real-world situations, and coupled with frequent evaluations and ongoing motivational initiatives. No experience is necessary!

Giving Back

COPS Monitoring believes in giving back to the communities we serve. Each of our site locations participates in local charitable events, including food drives for local food pantries, holiday gift drives for local shelters, charity fundraiser runs, and backpack builds for local schools.
