Why CollectionSpace?
CollectionSpace is open-source software with an organizational home located with Lyrasis, a non-profit with a trusted history in supporting libraries, archives, and museums. With Lyrasis-hosted services, CollectionSpace can be modeled after SaaS (Software as a Service) easing adoption and ongoing support.
CollectionSpace offers a diverse set of metadata fields based on the SPECTRUM standard and includes a robust toolkit featuring a password-protected staff interface, CSV Importer Tool, a public browser, and a native REST API. Learn more about the Features and Functionality of CollectionSpace.
