Refund Policy – Codener

Refund Policy

At Codener, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions tailored to our clients’ specific requirements. Due to the customized nature of our services—including software development, web design, and digital consultation—all payments made to Codener are non-refundable. However, we do offer the following guidelines for special cases:

1. General Policy

Once a project is initiated and payment is made, no refunds will be issued, regardless of project status, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged more than once for the same service, the additional payment will be refunded after verification.

Non-Initiation: If no work has been started on a project and a formal refund request is made within 7 days of payment, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing fees (typically 10–15%).

3. Revisions in Place of Refunds

If the client is not satisfied with the deliverables, Codener will work in good faith to offer reasonable revisions within the original project scope.

Requests that go beyond the initial scope may be subject to additional charges and are not grounds for a refund.

4. Digital Products and Licenses

Any third-party tools, plugins, software licenses, or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

5. Complaint and Dispute Handling

If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us directly at hello@codener.com within 7 days of project delivery.

We aim to resolve all disputes professionally and amicably.
