What does Cnvrse do?
Cnvrse adds a live chat widget to your WordPress website. Visitors type a message and you respond in real time. Furthermore, Cnvrse forwards chat messages to Telegram, Slack, Discord, or WhatsApp Business so you can reply from your phone without logging in to WordPress.
Is there a free version?
Yes. Cnvrse Lite is the free version that includes the core chat widget and Telegram integration. However, PRO adds Slack, Discord, WhatsApp integrations, priority support, and multi-site licensing.
How is Cnvrse different from other chat plugins?
Most chat plugins load heavy JavaScript and store your data on their servers. In contrast, Cnvrse adds under 20 KB of JavaScript and stores all conversation data in your own WordPress database. Consequently, your site stays fast and your data stays private.
Do I need coding skills?
No. Cnvrse installs like any WordPress plugin. The setup wizard walks you through connecting your messaging apps. In fact, most users complete the entire setup in under five minutes.
What happens after my support period expires?
The plugin continues to work normally. However, you will not receive updates or priority support until you renew. Your chat widget, integrations, and conversation history remain fully functional.
Does Cnvrse work with WooCommerce?
Yes. Cnvrse works on every WooCommerce page including product pages, the cart, and checkout. Consequently, you can answer pre-sale questions in real time and reduce cart abandonment.
How does the Telegram integration work?
When a visitor sends a message through the chat widget, Cnvrse forwards it to your Telegram app using the Telegram Bot API. You reply from Telegram and the visitor sees your response on your website instantly. Furthermore, the entire round trip takes less than one second. You can also add multiple team members to a Telegram group so everyone sees incoming chats.
Is my data safe with Cnvrse?
Cnvrse stores all conversation data in your WordPress database on your own server. We do not transmit or store any chat messages on our servers. Additionally, all messaging integrations use encrypted API connections. Because your data never leaves your server, you maintain complete control over visitor information and GDPR compliance.
Can I use Cnvrse on multiple sites?
Yes. The Business and Agency license tiers allow you to activate Cnvrse on multiple WordPress sites. Specifically, check our pricing page for the exact number of sites each tier supports. You can also upgrade your license at any time.
