My name is Astrid Lyra Lestrange! (ALL!)

I was named Astrid because it means "strong," I think, and my dad wanted to be stronger than him. Which is a little silly because he's plenty strong! I also kind of think it sounds a bit like his name... Astrid, Rabastan... I don't know. Both go well with "Lestrange," or at least I think so!

Lyra is a constellation. It's like this weird family tradition to name the kids after celestial stuff, so my mum really wanted Astrid for my first name but to honor the tradition with my middle. The constellation is supposed to be a musical instrument (a lyre, which is like a small harp I guess), and one of the main stars in it is Vega, which was my grandfather's name. Wow, if only my mum'd known the irony of that when she picked it! Looking it up now, it looks like it should be pronounced "Lee-ra" but I've always said, "Lie-ra" so that's how it is! It's my name, dammit!

And... yeah! That's my name!

1. When I was four, I killed my grandfather. It was the first time I tried Avada Kedavra on anything other than a squirrel. I like pie.

2. When I was fourteen, I killed my aunt Bellatrix and my unborn sister. I didn't know the tea was that strong... but I was kinda hoping. I'm an only child.

3. I got kicked out of magic school for speaking out against the prejudiced coverage of the Death Eaters (and therefore my father, his name was in there!) in the History of Magic book.

4. I turn 16 in one month and one day, March 15!

5. I'm not a virgin. My boyfriend Jacob is really really sweet!

Describe two moments in which your life took a turn, where on the one side, you were one person, and on the other side, someone new.

The first time would be when I was four. We moved to Las Vegas right after I was born and my memory of it's kinda vague now, but it was the happiest I've ever been. Just my mum and my dad and me. And we were royalty. I could dress as I wanted and do anything I pleased. Mum and Dad were so in love. It was like a fairytale! A real live fairytale...

Then my Grandpa and Uncle Jeff came with the reinforcements, and we had to escape, to Italy with my dad's parents... and they were worse than anything. A lot of times I think about how it would have been if they'd never tried to catch us in Las Vegas. If we would be happier.

The second time was when Auntie Bella died was when Dad was released from Arkham this last time! He was famous because they were discriminating against him! It was awesome, he was on talk shows and everything. That's really changed my life because now he's finally better like Mum and we're a real family again. I love you, Daddy!
