DEFERRED ACTION FOR CHILDHOOD ARRIVALS (DACA)
For clients who would like to renew their DACA or obtain it for the first time. DACA renewals must be submitted to USCIS within 150 days of the DACA expiration date. Clients applying for the first time must have been under the age of 31 as of 6/15/2012 with no lawful status at the very least.
