2026 Camp Cross Sessions
Below are descriptions for each of our 2026 sessions, including dates, ages, and pricing. At Camp Cross and in the Diocese of Spokane we are committed to never turning a camper away for inability to pay. If you need assistance please request a scholarship during the registration process. If you are are affiliated with a church in the diocese, please also reach out to them to see if there is any assistance they can offer. If you have questions please contact Canon Alex Flannagan.

Session Descriptions
Labor of Love 2 - June 5th to June 10th
Adult Faith Formation - June 19th to June 23rd
Adult Formation Retreat – $250
Leaders in Training (LIT) - June 29 to July 2nd
Ages 15+ (Counselors must have finished their freshman year of high school) – $100
LIT is open to all aspiring Camp Cross counselors who are entering the 10th grade or higher. Participants will receive leadership training as well as be introduced the Core Values of Camp.
This training is required for all counselors, summer staff, and resource teams. Please contact Alex Flannagan if you are planning to be in one of these roles and have a conflict with the LIT training dates.
Days at the Lake - July 2nd to 5th - SOLD OUT!
All Ages – $175 per camper ages 16+
25% off per camper ages 8-15
50% off per camper ages 7-2
free for ages 2 and under
Days at the Lake is a chance to spend some time at Camp Cross on your own or with the whole family, and you get to do the things you would like to do. Camp staff will take care of the food and hospitality, the rest is up to you to enjoy in this peaceful setting. Read a book by the lake, go on a spiritual hike to Sunrise Chapel, or sleep in to the sounds of the lake waves on the shoreline. The (camp) world is your oyster, and we’re there to help you make it happen during this non-programmed session. Stay one, two or three days, as long as you’d like. The choice is yours.
Mini Camp - July 6th to 9th
Entering Grades 1-3 – $225
This shorter 4-day, 3-night session is perfect for our youngest campers to get acquainted with summer camp at Camp Cross. We’ll play games, do arts and crafts, sing songs around a campfire, worship and pray together, and more! It’s always been a favorite for both staff and campers!
High School Camp - July 12th to 17th
Entering Grades 9 – 2026 High School graduates – $475
How can we possibly fit all this fun and learning into one week? Watch us! Campers will experience the full scope of activities we offer here at Camp Cross – on the water front, ball field, during chapel time, in peer-led small groups, at daily worship, big camp games, and more! They can also expect to apply camp’s core values, beliefs, and practices to developing a spiritually vital and dynamic life in the world.
Intermediate Camp - July 20th to 24th
Entering Grades 3-5 – $400
Intermediate campers get to come for a 5-day, 4-night, session! We’ll dive into the traditions and practices of the Christian faith together. Campers will enjoy favorite camp activities such as, arts and crafts, marshmallow roasting, hiking and canoeing, and their formational development will focus on living in community and learning about daily prayer in large and small groups.
Arts and Music Camp - July 27 to 31st
Entering Grades 4-8 – $400
A session designed to blend faith and spirituality with the beauty of the creative arts. This camp program is built on formation through art mediums such as writing, drawing, and music for all skill levels. Don’t worry, traditional camp activities such as swimming and hiking are still on the schedule. You didn’t think we’d leave them out, did you?
Mid High Camp - August 3rd to 8th
Entering Grades 6-9 – $400
Campers can expect to begin developing an appreciation for their own unique, God-given gifts and interests as members of the community of faith. Programming and activities continue to open up as the campers continue to grow in faith, age, and abilities.
Clergy Camp - August 10th to 13th
Come for a rejuvenating clergy retreat at Camp Cross, where the serene beauty of nature meets the enriching fellowship of fellow clergy from the Episcopal Diocese of Spokane. Let the tranquil surroundings inspire your ministry and deepen your connections with one another, reminding us all of the strength we find in community and faith.
Queer Camp - August 28th to 31st
All Ages – $175 per camper ages 16+

LGBTQ+ affirming camp – a safe and fun space where families can build community, enjoy activities in nature, and grow closer to God. Connect with other folks and families like yours and celebrate the diverse ways of being human toghether. There’ll be games, crafts, campfire, waterfront, worship, a fabulous variety show (or karaoke), free time for reading and relaxing.

Looking for a nice spot for the extended Labor Day weekend? Pack your bags and bring the family to Camp Cross for a stay on Lake Coeur d’Alene. This session is for campers of all ages and all Camp Cross experience levels. Reconnect with God and nature, introduce the youngsters (and oldsters) to Camp Cross, take a dip in the lake, sing songs at the campfire, take a family hike, and relax. We’ll provide some family friendly programming and formation for both youth and adults and we’ll even provide some child-free time for the adults! It’s a great way to spend a holiday weekend.
Creation Care Retreat - October 2nd to 4th
Immerse yourself in the beauty and wisdom of the natural world through an Episcopal lens, fostering a deep sense of connection and responsibility toward our environment; engage in meaningful discussions, contemplative practices, and hands-on activities that inspire stewardship and reverence for creation, all set against the serene backdrop of Camp Cross, inviting you to reflect, rejuvenate, and renew your commitment to caring for the earth as a sacred gift.
