Give to Camp Cross
Camp Cross depends on the generosity of past & present benefactors – those whose lives have been so thoroughly transformed by their own Camp Cross experience that they want to ensure that experience for future generations, as well.
The property & facilities of Camp Cross belong to all of us, which means we also share in the responsibility to care for it and to properly develop it for present & future guests. The gift of Camp Cross has been made available to you and me by the financial commitment of a whole host of individuals who have gone before us. As you imagine the positive legacy you hope to leave in the Episcopal Diocese of Spokane, we hope you’ll consider making that legacy visible and effective through the work of Camp Cross.
This page aims to facilitate the desire to make your own investment in the future of Camp Cross – a concrete expression of the deep values and core commitments within you. Please consider making your financial contribution today!
Camp Cross is furnishing 16 brand-new retreat cabins designed to welcome campers, families, and guests for years to come.
The annual fund contributions help to support camp activity and maintennace year to year.

You can also request a prayer list for your congregations and the diocesan office will provide the first name of campers for your congregation to pray for in church.

Celebrate and give thanks: Did you know the Episcopal Diocese of Spokane has a specific day in the year in which we celebrate and give thnaks for the ministry of Camp Cross? The first Sunday in May is reserved for Camp Cross Day. Congregations throughout the diocese take special offerings in support of camp, give presentations, sign up children for camp, and generally celebrate the ministry.
-
Volunteer: Camp has many wonderful volunteer opportunities, from the Labor of Love and Closing sessions, to mid week Kitchen help. Look for those opportunities on the volunteer page here.
-
Cheerlead: Speak up for camp in your congregations. Connect with the diocesan office to find out how you can become a Camp Cross cheerleader in your congregation. Engage with individuals in your church, share information about how to register or give, how to volunteer, how to pray.
