Schiff Says Intel Community will Sabotage Trump By Withholding Intelligence

Is there anyone more obnoxious than Adam Schiff? Add that they will be ‘dumbing down’ the Intel for Trump? Schiff rails against Trump and his classified docs that he had that apparently were a threat to humanity, yet Biden had enough classified docs dispersed around that were no cause for concern. Then we have Hunter and his problem.

Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff (CA) on Sunday echoed John Brennan and said the Intel Community will sabotage Trump by withholding intelligence and ‘dumbing down’ his daily briefings this summer.

President Trump will get intel briefings after he secures the GOP nomination this summer.

Schiff said Trump can’t be trusted with classified information that reveals sources and methods.

“We can’t trust that he will do the right thing,” Schiff said to NBC’s “Meet the Press” host Kristen Welker.

Schiff’s last gasp: ‘Trump could offer Alaska to the Russians in exchange for help’

Adam Schiff said Monday in his closing argument that if Trump is not removed from office he may offer Alaska to the Russians in exchange for help in the next election.

Schiff also said that Trump may escape to Mar-a-Lago permanently and let his son-in-law Jared Kushner run the country.

He has shown himself to be as mentally unhinged as most of us had already figured out.

“Trump could offer Alaska to the Russians in exchange for support in the next election or decide to move to Mar-a-Lago permanently and let Jared Kushner run the country, delegating to him the decision whether they go to war,” Schiff said as he argued for Trump’s removal.

Are you curious to know more about the fellow who is the 18th witness? Whose testimony is missing from the impeachment process. Guess who? He goes by the name Atkinson – The intelligence IG Inspector.  Someone I had my eye on. Part of an earlier post of mine.

The former prosecutor’s resume is touted as proof that the long-time public servant only is acting in the best interest of the country; his motives are not to be questioned, we are chastised. (This description follows a pattern similar to the way the media portrayed dossier author Christopher Steele and Special Counsel Robert Mueller.) Oh but yes his motives are to be questioned!

……….In July 2016, the exact month that former FBI Director James Comey officially opened a case against the Trump campaign, Atkinson was named senior counsel to John Carlin, the head of the National Security Division. Carlin was Robert Mueller’s chief of staff when he ran the FBI and was appointed NSD chief by President Obama in 2013.

Carlin’s name has surfaced numerous times in the congressional inquiry into the Trump-Russia collusion hoax. According to closed-door testimony by former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, Carlin regularly was briefed by former deputy FBI Director Andy McCabe on the Trump-Russia collusion probe.Keep Reading

Recall it was Atkinson who changed the rule so that a whistleblower did not have to have direct knowledge. Hearsay was now allowed. That is just how it got started.

Impeachment: Schiff 1 to Trump’s 0 – what were Trump’s attorneys thinking?

No, they never wanted Donald J. Trump to be President.

We know that. No news there. It was a disappointing beginning regarding the impeachment hearing on Trump’s side. More than disappointing. It was a walk away for the Democrats. They were locked and loaded with a full blown Case in Chief with Trump’s  attorneys caught flat footed. Apparently they thought two hours of arguments for each witness amendment didn’t include them for the most part.

What did they think was going to happen when the Democrats were given this time? Wise old crusty McConnell had to know what the Dems would do with the time. Schiff came with the requisite audio-visuals straight from the House proceedings. Of course not the statements that had been disproven by Trump’s attorneys. The most Trump’s attorney could muster at times was “can’t we get the trial started?’ Hate to tell them but it was well underway. First impressions mean everything. Those who may not have followed the House hearing got the full bore evidence as they determined it to be.

Even stalwart conservative commenters last night had to ask how did the Lev Parnas and other information presented ever allowed that was not even in the House proceedings.

Where was the fire and brimstone? The righteous indignation?

No surprise here. I was no doubt one of about a dozen who managed to sit through the entire House hearing. I knew what was coming. I knew the counter arguments to these witnesses. Did not Trump’s attorneys listen as well?

No question there will be witnesses.

OK….that’s my opinion. What’s yours?

Whistleblower, Whistleblower Who Art Thou?

In an Aug. 26 letter, the Intelligence Community’s inspector general, Michael Atkinson, wrote that the anonymous whistleblower who set off the Trump-Ukraine impeachment fight showed “some indicia of an arguable political bias … in favor of a rival political candidate.”

Ed: (Well. Atkinson was a little less than candid shall we say?)

A few weeks later, news reports said the whistleblower’s possible bias was that he is a registered Democrat. That was all. Incredulous commentary suggested that Republicans who were pushing the bias talking point were so blinded by their own partisanship that they saw simple registration with the Democratic Party as evidence of wrongdoing.

“Give me a break!” tweeted whistleblower lawyer Mark Zaid. “Bias? Seriously?”

Now there is word of more evidence of possible bias on the whistleblower’s part. Under questioning from Republicans during last Friday’s impeachment inquiry interview with Atkinson, the inspector general revealed that the whistleblower’s possible bias was not that he was simply a registered Democrat. It was that he had a significant tie to one of the Democratic presidential candidates currently vying to challenge President Trump in next year’s election.

Those of us following the story know the deal. Biden’s son who knows nothing about energy but a lot about cocaine reaped big bucks thanks to dad. Schiff had the take-down planned with his mole deep in the White House. Rudy has been outflanked. We had Biden on the ropes. Why on earth is Rudy even involved in this?

Let me cut to the chase. Why Giuliani is still on Trump’s payroll makes no sense. He is simply a publicity hound purely for himself. Considering he would go on Cuomo’s program to debate the Biden Ukraine business tells us all we need to. 

Many have been posting about Biden’s son’s corruption for years. Without notice. Now in one fell swoop Rudy managed to make it look like Trump was out to get his opponent. Well done Rudy. If one hasn’t been following the story, it would appear Trump was out to get Biden.

Schiff: ‘Biden Ukraine Scandal should be off limits’

Trump made a comment that he should ask Barr to investigate Joe Biden’s foreign ties and suddenly like magic now the entire Left is saying presidential candidates shouldn’t be spied on. One thing you have to say for the Dems, they sure stick together. Not like the weasels on the GOP Senate Intelligence Committee who voted to try and snag Donald Trump Jr in a perjury trap.

It was a miss step in my view, for Giuliani to announce he was headed for the Ukraine, but then, Rudy is a media hog anyway. Better heads prevailed and he has cancelled the idea apparently. But no matter, the story will come to naught, after all, it’s just good old Joe being good old Joe.

Now the China story. That is the one that might have better legs after Biden make his comments about China. Joe Biden: ‘China not bad folks, not competition to us’

This after his son made out like a bandit.

Biden has come under fire for a March, 2016 incident in Kiev in which he threatened to withhold $1 billion in US loan guarantees to Ukraine unless President Petro Poroshenko fired his head prosecutor, General Viktor Shokin, who was leading a wide-ranging corruption investigation into natural gas firm Burisma Holdings. As it so happens, Joe’s son Hunter Biden sat on Burisma’s board, and waas indirectly paid as much as $50,000 per month. 

‘I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion.’ I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,’” bragged Biden, recalling the conversation with Poroshenko.

“Well, son of a bitch, he got fired,” Biden gloated.

Schiff hires more lawyers in unrelenting effort to find Trump guilty of crimes

One thing one has to give the Democrats credit for, it is their unrelenting effort to achieve their goal. In this case, harassing Donald Trump, his children and grandchildren.

Democrats subpoena financial records from Trump grandchildren ..

The operative statement in the Democrats plan “apply significant resources” – apparently having spent 45 Million, last I read, was not enough. We can only hope the American people get fed up with this nonsense. Best case scenario at this point. Time to turn the tables on Schiff and investigate his leaks big time.

 

House Intel Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) hired Patrick Fallon, former chief of the FBI’s Financial Crimes Section as he ramps up his investigations into President Trump’s finances.

The Daily Beast and CNN reported that Schiff doesn’t feel Mueller’s probe was robust enough so he hired Patrick Fallon to help enforce his committee’s subpoenas.

This comes on the heels of Schiff hiring Daniel Goldman as the panel’s director of investigations. Goldman worked out of the Southern District of New York and specializes in Russian organized crime.

Goldman is also a fellow at the George Soros-funded Brennan Center for Justice, with offices in New York City and Washington, DC.

Breitbart News reported Schiff hired Daniel Goldman, who worked with Noble on the Zemlyansky case. He left the U.S. Attorney’s office in 2017 to become a legal analyst on NBC and MSNBC, where he regularly  accused President Donald Trump of committing crimes to win the presidential election.

Schiff, who became chairmen of the committee after Democrats took back the House majority, tapped Daniel Noble, co-chief of the complex frauds and cybercrime unit at the Manhattan office, unnamed sources told Bloomberg News.

Noble, who has deep experience in cybercrime, worked with Goldman to convict Mikhail Zemlyansky in 2015 of racketeering, insurance fraud and securities fraud.

Former Assistant Director of the FBI’s CI Division Frank Figliuzzi said Schiff’s hiring of Patrick Fallon is a big deal.

“The fact that the Committee has hired someone at the former senior executive service level from within the FBI’s Financial Crimes Section is significant, and to me denotes an effort to apply significant resources to examining and analyzing financial findings,” Figliuzzi told the Daily Beast. “By the time you got to the head of the Financial Crimes section, you would have substantial white collar crime and global financial crime experience, both at the street level and the supervisory level. And his role at headquarters would have had him overseeing the bulk of all financial crime cases in the FBI.”

Schiff hires another Russian investigator to go after Trump

Why didn’t the GOP hire all kinds of Attorneys to investigate Hillary?  Where are all funds coming from to hire these high-priced attorneys? They sure aren’t coming cheap. This new hire sure is giving up a good gig to take on Trump. Looks like the Dems are giving up on Mueller giving them the goods on Trump. When will this end?

Finally, what is this deal with the Ukrainian connections? It seems every week or so a post seems to have a connection.

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) is adding another Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York in the House Intelligence Committee’s probe into President Donald Trump.

Schiff, who became chairmen of the committee after Democrats took back the House majority, tapped Daniel Noble, co-chief of the complex frauds and cybercrime unit at the Manhattan office, unnamed sources told Bloomberg News. 

Noble, who has deep experience in cybercrime, worked with Goldman to convict Mikhail Zemlyansky in 2015 of racketeering, insurance fraud and securities fraud. Zemlyansky ran a Russian-American criminal ring that perpetrated a $100 million no-fault auto scheme, according to prosecutors.

“Known as ‘Russian Mike,’ Zemlyansky is a Ukrainian native. His 36-person ring mainly comprised of people of Russian-American descent. They included ten doctors and three lawyers who sold out their professions for lucrative bribes to rubber-stamp bogus crash treatments and claims,” insurancefraud.org reported.

The hire comes just days after Breitbart News reported Schiff hired Daniel Goldman, who worked with Noble on the Zemlyansky case.
