Musk: Millions of Illegals Given Social Security, Medicaid; Numbers Shown in Breathtaking Chart

Musk confirms that illegals are getting Social Security numbers in droves. They are getting Medicaid. Worse, they are voting as well.

The Democrat narrative is a lie – “DOGE will make sure you get your Social Security, DOGE will make sure you get your Medicaid.” “There will be no cuts to legitimate payments, whatsoever.” says Elon Musk.  

Musk was out in Wisconsin encouraging folks to vote, keeping the State Supreme Court in GOP hands to avoid a redistricting that could cost the House a couple of seats. Here he is from a tweet:

The defaults in the system from social security to all of the benefit programs have been set to max inclusion, MAX PAY for these people and minimum collection.

We found 1.3 million of them already on Medicaid as an example. We’ve gone through on every benefit program we went through, we found groups from this particular group of people, this 5.5 million people in those benefit programs.

And then what was really, really disturbing us was why we’re asking ourselves why. So we actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration records and we found people here registered to vote in this population. Yes. Who did vote?

We found some by sampling that ACTUALLY DID VOTE. We have referred them to prosecution at the Homeland Security Investigation Service. Yeah. Already, already. That is already happening right now. The truly disturbing thing though, I just want you to know this, a truly disturbing thing to me, and the darkest thing about this, to me, the voter fraud is terrible.”

Here we have illegals confirming Musk was correct and how easy it is.

What we have here is a failure to communicate. Elon Musk is trying to steal social security??

FEMA spent over $1 BILLION on funding illegal aliens, Now out of Money

Over the last 4 years the Biden-Harris admin has steadily transformed FEMA — the agency responsible for responding to natural disasters like Hurricane Helene — into an illegal alien resettlement agency that emphasizes DEI over public safety.

America First put this together :

“In summary, the Biden-Harris FEMA views disaster response as an opportunity to propel their radical “equity” agenda and further resettle and support millions of illegal aliens within the U.S. The American people are paying for all of it.”

Now we are told FEMA is out of money for hurricane relief.

The Shelter and Services Program is designed to exclusively provide shelter and services to illegal aliens.  Over $1 BILLION in taxpayer dollars have been allocated between FY2023 and FY2024.

For example, of that $1 billion, FEMA gave over $38 million to NYC – a sanctuary city overrun by illegal aliens. NYC, in turn, is handing out gift cards and hotels to illegal aliens.

Beyond allocating billions of taxpayer dollars on illegal aliens, the agency has been entirely captured by the “equity” agenda – a euphemism for discrimination. The #1 goal of their strategic plan is to “Instill Equity as a Foundation of Emergency Management.”

For example, one of their initiatives to address “equity” is “Prioritizing casework and evaluation for direct housing eligibility for vulnerable populations to include those with access and functional needs or those who have a primary language other than English.”
 
They even went so far as to publish a “Post-Disaster Guide for Local Officials and Leaders” in November 2023 for “Achieving Equitable Recovery.” In other words, they are pushing their equity agenda on states and locals as a way of reshaping communities affected by disasters.

In the “Summary of Eight Equity Goals” within the guide, they advocate for “equitable outcomes” and “rebuilt community ‘with justice for all.’” Effectively, FEMA is factoring race, sex, and sexual preferences into who should receive disaster relief first.

The guide outlines how to “Track and Evaluate Equity Outcomes,” including asking officials to consider if people are receiving “recovery resources” based on “distributive justice.” “Distributive justice” is just the radical way of saying discrimination based on race and sex.

One of the guide’s goals outlines how to “Overcome Barriers and Ensure Fair Recovery Outcomes” and includes a chart of “barriers to equity,” including: -Burnout  -Hate crimes -Political polarization -Power disparities -Bias

FEMA also identified “People of color,” “Women,” and “The LGBTQ+ community” as “disproportionately impacted by disaster.” According to the Biden-Harris administration, natural disasters don’t have the same impact on white straight men.

So far this year, the United States has given: – $24,400,000,000 to Ukraine. – $11,300,000,000 to Israel. – $1,950,000,000 to Ethiopia. – $1,600,000,000 to Jordan. – $1,400,000,000 to Egypt. – $1,100,000,000 to Afghanistan. – $1,100,000,000 to Somalia. – $1,000,000,000 to Yemen. – $987,000,000 to Congo. – $896,000,000 to Syria. – $9,000 per illegal immigrant that has entered the U.S.

Congress Border Bill Deal Failed Over a ‘Dirty Dozen’ Reasons – A Refresher

No doubt tonight during the Vice Presidential debate, the bromide about the border and Trump behind the border bill not passing will be resurrected. The well known reason used often by GOP is the allowance of at least 5000 illegals to cross before anything happens to stop it. There never is discussed the GOP House Bill HR 1 that previously did pass regarding immigration.

We Need To Set The Record Straight’: Byron Donalds Sounds Off On Bipartisan Senate Border Bill

Donalds gave a refresher at a hearing last week. He covers the border bill topic in the first minute or so before going on to other things.

This section alone in the bill, letting Mayorkas decide what evidence would be sufficient to approve asylum requests and remove judicial oversight from asylum claims, putting illegal immigrants on a fast track to citizenship, is sufficient reason to nuke that bill into orbit.

Mr. Lee said the bill contained a “dirty dozen” fatal flaws. The most serious “codifies catch-and-release,” the process whereby an illegal immigrant is detained and interviewed by U.S. immigration officials, given a date to appear in immigration court, and then released into the country.

Former President Donald Trump effectively ended catch-and-release when he implemented the Remain in Mexico program, requiring illegal immigrants to wait in Mexico until their immigration cases had been adjudicated. President Biden halted the program the day he took office in 2021.

Pointing to the bill’s Section 235B, Mr. Lee explained that catch-and-release would be codified because the bill gives the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) “unchecked authority to release an alien into the United States under ineffective ‘alternatives to detention.’”

The second flaw highlighted by Mr. Lee involves the authority of the Secretary of Homeland Security and the president.

“The Secretary of Homeland Security is only required to shut down the border if there are 5,000 average illegal crossings over a consecutive seven-day period or 8,500 in a single day,” Mr. Lee said.

A caveat to that is that the president can “reopen the border any time it is in the ‘national interest to temporarily suspend the border emergency authority’ for up to 45 days.”

Further, the bill “creates a dangerous expansion of parole by saying it can now be granted for anyone the DHS secretary determines has an ‘urgent humanitarian reason,’” Mr. Lee said. The bill doesn’t require the DHS secretary or president to deport anyone.

The bill allows illegal immigrants to be given work permits as soon as they pass an initial screening by immigration authorities.

The number of available green cards is increased by 50,000 annually under the new bill.

The bill also includes a budgeting gimmick whereby $650 million of the funding for continuing to build the border wall begun by President Trump is rescinded, then restored in 2028. Not a single foot of new wall would be built as a result.

U.K.: Migrants Must Be Housed in Three Star Hotels; U.S. Holds Hearing on Using National Parks.

What to do with the troublesome issue of the “migrants.” housing. We have come a long way from “illegal aliens.” The British require a minimum level of luxury. Here in the U.S.? Let’s look at our National Parks since especially in New York, the hotels and other opportunities are now filled to capacity. 

The Biden administration is slashing through environmental protection rules and worries about policing and the health of illegal immigrants as it rushes to erect a migrant camp on a national park site in New York City, local lawmakers told Congress on Wednesday.

The National Park Service signed an agreement to lease Floyd Bennett Field, part of the Gateway National Recreation Area in Brooklyn, to hold a tent city housing up to 7,500 adult men, giving New York a place to stash at least some of the cataclysmic flow of migrants cresting over the city.

Here we go in the U.K.:

The British paper The Telegraph reviewed the most recent contract that was issued by the Home Office and found this clause under the “mandatory requirements” for hotels that were booked for migrants: “The location of the accommodation will be carried out at locations close to amenities and transport networks. Contracted venues should be at least a minimum of three stars.”

And while this is a U.K. problem, the roots of one of the largest drivers of illegal immigration by boat to the country -(UK) could be said to be a failure of President Joe Biden’s administration, as well — namely, the fall of Afghanistan to the Taliban.

According to the numbers, Afghanis represent the largest number of asylum seekers in the first half of 2023, with 3,326. Another roughly 3,200 applications came from Iran, with India, Bangladesh and Pakistan trailing them.

However, in 2022, Albanians made up the largest group of asylum-seekers crossing the English Channel, with 12,301 from the European nation making the dangerous journey — roughly 28 percent, according to the BBC.

….according to LBC Radio, an independent radio broadcaster in the U.K., a new report pegs the government’s spending on illegal immigrant hotel rooms at £3 billion a year, or roughly $3.67 billion U.S.

“We need to stop the boats to relieve the unsustainable pressure on our asylum system and accommodation services, which is costing over £3 billion a year,” the report reads.

“Regardless of personal or political beliefs on immigration or migrant policy, there is common ground in keeping our national parks — some of America’s most treasured spaces — out of this debate,” the letter said. “All national parks, whether in rural or urban areas, exist for visitors to experience wonder, to recreate and find joy, or to simply learn more about the great history of our nation. National parks are not, however, a place to temporarily or permanently encamp persons experiencing a lack of housing options.

The Governor of New York has gone on the record about the DOI’s reluctance to accommodate the request, due to statutory restraints. We agree that the use of NPS lands to house unsheltered migrants is outside of the NPS statutory authority.”

DHS confirms bad hombres from many countries in ‘migrant caravan’

This is looking like we are in for a real showdown. Anyone wonder just how these thousands of people  are making it this way without any organization? Food? Water?- among other things? Follow the money…as if we needed to investigate it to know. Meanwhile our congress remains mute.

How will this end?

DHS spox Tyler Houlton said Tuesday in a tweetstorm:

“The DHS can confirm that there are individuals within the caravan who are gang members or have significant criminal histories,” Tyler Houlton said.

 

The DHS then confirmed Judicial Watch’s reporting that people from Bangladesh, Congo, South Asia and the Middle East are also traveling with the caravan.

“Citizens of countries outside Central America, including countries in the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and elsewhere are currently traveling through Mexico toward the U.S.,” Tyler Houlton added.

More than 1,000 people in eight Virginia counties illegally registered to vote, report finds is the headline. Here tis:

Democratic Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe vetoed a bill that would require investigations of jurisdictions in the state whose voter rolls contain more registered voters than citizens who are eligible to vote.

“As PILF previously reported, these eight problematic jurisdictions had more than 1,000 alien voters removed from the rolls in years past with roughly 20 percent casting ballots before being caught.”The bill, first introduced by Republican state Sen. Mark D. Obenshain, was prompted by a report that shed light on eight Virginia counties that had more registered voters on their voter rolls than eligible voters.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), an Indiana-based group that litigates to protect election integrity, released the report last year that sparked Obenshain’s bill.

PILF’s report found 1,046 aliens who were illegally registered to vote in a small sample of eight Virginia counties that responded to its public records requests.

Logan Churchwell, spokesman for the group, said it is reasonable to ask questions about voter rolls with more voters than citizens.

“It is entirely reasonable to ask questions when a voting jurisdiction has more registered voters than citizens,” Churchwell told the Washington Free Beacon. “The Justice Department for the past eight years refused to perform similar studies using powers it was already vested with. Virginia lawmakers and private parties like PILF were forced to pick up the slack. It’s astonishing to see a sitting governor calculate political blowback when voter roll integrity is at stake.”

McAuliffe vetoed a bill last year that would have required registrars to deny applicants who omitted biographical information about themselves, such as their age, on their voter forms.

In August 2016, McAuliffe cleared 13,000 felons to vote after the state supreme court struck down his previous order restoring the franchise to 206,000 felons.

Obama says ‘Come on in’ expands refugee program for Central Americans

After the Supremes blocked his plan regarding illegals recently, it’s full-bore ahead with this President. By simply giving so-called “Refugee Status” to anyone who crosses our border, they become eligible for getting a Green card and benefits. No questions asked. Clever aren’t they? No doubt plenty of gang bangers, drug dealers will flood our shores. Even though Americans have been clear about the concerns of importing who knows who, this administration gives us the you know what. Here we go:

President Barack Obama announced an expansion of a refugee program for Central Americans fleeing violence in their home countries, the day after the Democratic National Convention featured an undocumented immigrant among its opening-night speakers.

Some adults will be eligible to accompany minors under age 21 seeking refugee status from El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras as the administration tries to discourage people from using smugglers to enter the U.S. illegally.

“The goal is for individuals who have legitimate humanitarian claims to not take the dangerous journey and to accept our outstretched arm of relief,” Alejandro Mayorkas, deputy secretary of homeland security, told reporters Tuesday on a conference call. He said he doesn’t know how many people may come into the U.S. under this expansion

Obama is expanding the program even though a federal court blocked his plan to shield millions of immigrants from deportation.

Administration officials say that expanding the refugee program for Central Americans will make it easier for some of those people to enter the U.S. legally. The expansion announced Tuesday would allow some older siblings, parents and other related caregivers to be eligible for refugee status when applying to enter the U.S. with minors.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has revealed that 124 illegal immigrant criminals released from jail by the Obama administration since 2010 have been subsequently charged with murder.

A Center for Immigration Studies report on the data from ICE to the Senate Judiciary Committee added that the committee is not releasing the names of the murder suspects.

“The criminal aliens released by ICE in these years — who had already been convicted of thousands of crimes — are responsible for a significant crime spree in American communities, including 124 new homicides. Inexplicably, ICE is choosing to release some criminal aliens multiple times,” said the report written by CIS’s respected director of policy studies, Jessica M. Vaughan.

German woman get eviction notice to make room for ‘migrants’

“We can still be a city for everyone, but only if we give up our outdated ideal of every family living in their own home on a 5,000 square foot lot,” a draft letter from the committee co-chairs reads.

According to a draft letter, the city needs to move away from the idea that all families can live in their own home on a piece of land, the Times reports.

But I digressed. Think Bernie Sanders is a joke? Attracting thousands? Think again.

A German woman is protesting the eviction notice she received informing her she has until the end of the year to vacate the government-owned apartment she rents in order to make room for migrants who have arrived seeking asylum.

“I think it’s a scandal to throw tenants out of their apartments,” Gabriele Keller, 56, told Germany’s SWR television. “I can’t see the sense of it.”

Britain’s Daily Telegraph reported that Keller has lived in the same home in the city of Eschbach for 23 years and has now hired a lawyer to fight the eviction.

According to news reports, she was told that she was being asked to move because building a new shelter would be too expensive for the municipality. Instead, the building will be converted for migrant housing.

Europe is facing the most challenging migrant crisis in decades, as countries scramble to cope with the influx.

German officials estimate 800,000 migrants will arrive in Germany by the end of the year.
