Brown Saddle LLC was founded in Cornelius, NC, by a team of professional chefs and food technologists who were frustrated with the state of online recipes — vague instructions, missing context, and no real guidance on technique.
So we built Brownscow: a premium recipe platform where every dish is developed, tested and refined by professional chefs before it ever reaches our members.
