Brownscow was born from a simple belief: everyone deserves access to professional-quality recipes and the tools to execute them perfectly.

Who We Are

Brown Saddle LLC was founded in Cornelius, NC, by a team of professional chefs and food technologists who were frustrated with the state of online recipes — vague instructions, missing context, and no real guidance on technique.

So we built Brownscow: a premium recipe platform where every dish is developed, tested and refined by professional chefs before it ever reaches our members.

Every recipe we publish goes through a minimum of five test cycles. If it doesn't work perfectly on the first try for a home cook, it doesn't ship.
