Welcome to Brighter Minds SF, where students can explore and engage in math and science. We offer a range of services, including one-on-one tutoring, small group instruction and standardized test preparation for the SAT, ACT and SSAT.

Our goal at Brighter Minds SF is to create a positive learning environment in which students are encouraged to be curious, ask questions and think analytically. Patience and humor, combined with the trust that grows between our tutors and the student, work to reduce the fear and anxiety that so often accompanies math, science and standardized tests. We form strong bonds with our students and individualize our teaching strategies to suit each one. By focusing on comprehension of basic concepts rather than on rote memorization, students continuously build on their knowledge and feel more confident and motivated with their learning process. We also have experience working with students with learning difficulties, including those with dyslexia as well as executive function and attention deficit disorders.
