If you purchase a Standard License and experience a device change or loss, you are entitled to a limited number of free reactivations, subject to a cooling-off period to prevent misuse:

​Second Free Reactivation (Device 3): Available after an additional 90 days have passed since the second device activation.
​Once the license has been successfully activated on three total devices (original device + two free replacements), any future replacement will require a new Standard License purchase.

​You are eligible to request a refund if the application purchased demonstrably fails to operate as described on our official website, or if it encounters a critical, unfixable technical failure.
​The refund request must be formally submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this 30-day window are considered outside the warranty period and cannot be processed.

After completing the payment transaction, you are required to send us the necessary device information (usually generated within the app) immediately to process your activation.
​If you fail to send this essential verification information within 5 days of the payment transaction date, the transaction will be deemed expired due to non-verification. ​የዜማ ምልክቶች ፤ ለቅዱስ ያሬድ ዜማዎችና ለተለያዩ የቅድስት ቤተ ክርስቲያን አገልግሎት የሚውሉ የዜማ መጻሕፍትን የዜማ ምልክቶች እንዲያካትቱ ይደረጋል ።
​ሌሎች አገልግሎቶች፤ ከመደበኛ አፖች በተለየ መልኩ የተለየዩ ይዘቶች ይከተታሉ።

ያልተገደበውን የደንበኝነት ምዝገባ (ፕሪሚየም አባልነት) ለመግዛት በጣም ወጪ ቆጣቢውና አዋጩ መንገድ አንድ ጊዜ ሙሉ ክፍያ መፈጸም ነው። ነገር ግን ሌሎች አማራጮችም አሉ።

አዎ አለ። ነገር ግን በመክፈቻ ኮድ የሚሰጠው ያልተገደበው የደንበኝነት አገልግሎት በዋነኝነት ለAndroid አፕሊኬሽኖቻችን ተጠቃሚዎች ሲሆን፣ የ iOS ተጠቃሚዎች ግን በቀጥታ በአፕል አፕ ስቶር (Appstore) ላይ ከሚገኙት ቅናሽ የተደረገባቸው የመተግበሪያ(Application) ጥቅሎች (App Bundles) ማግኘት ይችላሉ። እነዚህ ጥቅሎች በርካታ የፕሪሚየም መተግበሪያዎችን በአንድ ግዢ በማጣመር እስከ 50% ቅናሽ የተደረገባቸው ናቸው። እባክዎ በአሁኑ ጊዜ የሚገኙትን ጥቅሎች (App Bundles) በአፕ ስቶር ላይ ያረጋግጡ።

​ገደብ አልባ ደንበኞች (Premium Membership): የመክፈቻ ኮድ ገደብ የለውም ። የስልክ ቀፎዎችን በቀየሩ ቁጥር የመክፈቻ ኮድ በነፃ ይሰጣል። ሕጉን እዚህ ያንብቡ።

መደበኛ ደንበኞች የመክፈቻ ኮድ ገዝተው የስልክዎ ቀፎ ከጠፋብዎ ወይም ከቀየሩ፣ የተገደበ ቁጥር ያላቸውን ነጻ የመክፈቻ ኮድ በድጋሚ የማግኘት መብት አለዎት:
​የመጀመሪያው ነጻ የመክፈቻ ኮድ (ለሁለተኛው የስልክ ቀፎ) ከመጀመሪያው የስልክ ቀፎ የመክፈቻ ኮድ ከተላከ ከ 30 ቀናት በኋላ ማግኘት ይችላሉ ።
​ሁለተኛው ነጻ የመክፈቻ ኮድ (ለሦስተኛው የስልክ ቀፎ) ከሁለተኛው የስልክ ቀፎ የመክፈቻ ኮድ ከ 90 ቀናት በኋላ ማግኘት ይችላሉ ።
​ከሦስተኛው ዕድል ኋላ ማንኛውም ተጨማሪ ምትክ የመክፈቻ ኮድ ጥያቄ ካለ እንደ አዲስ መግዛት ይኖርብዎታል።

​የገዙት መተግበሪያ(Application) በእኛ ይፋዊ ድረ-ገጽ ላይ እንደተገለጸው የማይሠራ ከሆነ ወይም በቴክኒካዊ ሁኔታ ከተበላሸ፣ የከፈልኩት ገንዘብ ተመላሽ ይደረግልኝ ብለው መጠየቅ ይችላሉ።
​የገንዘብ ይመለስልኝ ጥያቄው ከመጀመሪያው የግዢ ቀን በ 30 ቀናት ውስጥ መቅረብ አለበት። ከዚህ ከ30 ቀናት ጊዜ በኋላ የሚቀርቡ ጥያቄዎች ተቀባይነት የላቸውም።

​ክፍያዎን ከፈጸሙ በኋላ የመክፈቻ ኮድ የማግኘት ሂደቱን ለማፋጠን አስፈላጊውን መረጃዎች (ብዙውን ጊዜ በመተግበሪያው ውስጥ የሚጠየቀውን) በተቻለ ፍጥነት መላክ አለብዎት።
​ይህን ወሳኝ መረጃ ከግብይቱ በ 5 ቀናት ውስጥ መላክ ካልቻሉ፣ ክፍያው ጊዜው ያለፈበት ግብይት ተደርጎ ይወሰዳል። የመክፈቻ ኮድ ጥያቄዎንም ማስተናገድ አንችልም፣ ለግብይቱ የከፈሉት ብር መጠን የእኛን ጥረቶች ለመደገፍ እንደ ተደረገ ልገሳ ተደርጎ ይወሰዳል። ስለዚህ እባክዎ የ 5 ቀን ገደቡን በጥብቅ ይከተሉ።

አገልግሎታችንን እና ማኅበረሰባችንን ለመጠበቅ በማጭበርበር ወይም በአደገኛ ድርጊቶች ላይ ጥብቅ ፖሊሲን እንከተላለን።
​ያለቅድመ ክፍያ የመክፈቻ ኮድ ለመጠየቅ የተደረገ የመጀመሪያውን ሙከራ በቀላሉ ውድቅ አድርገን ለጠያቂው እናሳውቃለን ። ሆኖም፣ ተደጋጋሚ የማጭበርበር የመክፈቻ ኮድ ጥያቄዎች ለሚያቀርቡ ሰዎች፣ ሁሉንም መተግበሪያዎቻችን እና ምርቶቻችን አገልግሎት እንዳይጠቀሙ ዕገዳ ይጣልባቸዋል።
​በተጨማሪም፣ ስፓም ለማድረግ፣ ለማጭበርበር ወይም የአገልግሎት ውሎቻችንን ለመጣስ የሚደረግ ማንኛውም ሙከራ የማንታገስ ሲሆን ወዲያውኑ የዕገዳ እርምጃዎችን እንዲሁም ሕጋዊ እርምጃዎችን እንወስዳለን ።
