A History Inspired By Impact

Founded by teachers for teachers, BetterLesson began in 2008 with a single missionto provide a simple way for educators to connect and share high-quality lesson plans.

Our professional development and coaching services — including BL LabWorkshops1:1 Coaching, and Learning Walks  — have strengthened teaching and learning for more than  86,000 educators and more than 4 million students and more nationwide.  

Today, we’ve grown to offer a full suite of solutions helping K-12 districts to improve district fiscal sustainability, optimize academic pathways for college and career readiness, build teacher capacity for student-centered classrooms, and strengthen instructional leadership capacity.
