Arena Training

Campaigns are changing, and the old playbook won’t cut it. Our training is practical, field-tested, and designed to help teams adapt, perform, and win in a fast-moving political landscape.

Applications for Arena Academy: Campaign Catalyst are now closed. The training will be held online from April 29 – May 2, 2026, and costs $300; scholarships are available. Apply by March 22, 2026!

The application is now closed. Thank you to everyone who has submitted an application. Applications will be reviewed in the order they were received. If you applied, you will hear back within two weeks of the application deadline of March 22. 

Arena Academy is a virtual training designed to equip new and seasoned campaign staff with the practical skills needed to run effective, modern campaigns. Whether you’re looking to break into politics or build on your experience, the program combines campaign fundamentals with today’s essential tools, from organizing and fundraising to digital strategy and authentic social media communication.

Arena Academy 201

Arena Academy 201: The New Management Skills will be held online from March 13-15, 2026, and costs $200; scholarships are available. Apply by February 8, 2026! [Extended from February 1]  

Arena Academy 201: The New Management Skills is for experienced campaign staff who want to deepen their people and program management skills. At this training, you’ll gain a unique understanding of your leadership strengths and what it takes to effectively manage people and programs. You’ll learn how to manage high-performing teams in a digital, AI-driven landscape and gain skills to set goals, give feedback, manage budgets, run effective social media communications programs, and more!
