Project Description

As Europe works toward climate neutrality by 2050, the SPARK project supports this goal by enhancing local policies for sustainable urban mobility. It promotes intelligent public transport, active travel (cycling and walking), smart city infrastructure, and green transport to reduce emissions and create resilient, low-carbon communities.

SPARK focuses on improving regional policies using smart planning, agile solutions, AI, and data analytics to modernize mobility frameworks. The project aligns with EU priorities including a Smarter, Greener, More Connected, and More Social Europe, as well as the European Green Deal and the Paris Agreement.

By sharing best practices and scalable solutions, SPARK helps shape greener, healthier, and smarter urban environments across EU regions, supporting long-term sustainability and cohesion goals.
