As a Certified Brain Health Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist, Melanie focuses on helping seniors take charge of their health through engaging activities that boost cognitive vitality, physical strength, and mobility. With a Bachelor of Science in Sports & Fitness, she creates holistic wellness programs tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients.
Melanie understands the challenges of aging and emphasizes a blend of physical fitness, balanced nutrition, and mental well-being. Her goal is to support seniors in thriving through joyful movement, social connections, and nourishing meals. She offers practical strategies designed to truly enhance daily life for her clients.
