- Once distribution starts or is completed, refunds are generally not available.
- All refund requests must be submitted via email. Decisions are made within 24–48 hours.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Our Money-Back Guarantee
If, for reasons within our control, we are unable to distribute your approved press release through our network, you will be entitled to a full refund. In such cases, we may also offer the option to redo or re-optimize your order at no extra cost. However, you always have the right to choose a full refund instead.
Refunds During the Writing / AI Optimization Process
If you decide to cancel your order while we are still working on the AI-optimized draft or revisions:
Full Refund of Distribution Package and Add-ons
You will receive a complete refund for the distribution package and any publishing or distribution-related add-ons.
Non-Refundable Writing / Optimization Fee
The fee for the AI writing, optimization, or research add-ons is non-refundable. This is because we immediately allocate resources and begin AI processing and human review upon order placement.
By requesting a refund during this stage, you acknowledge that you will forfeit the writing/optimization fee but will receive a full refund for all distribution-related charges.
Refunds During the Distribution Process
Refunds requested after you have approved the final press release and distribution has begun will be denied.
Once distribution starts, we cannot stop the process or recover the associated costs from our media network partners. We strongly recommend that you carefully review the final version before approval. Please check:
- The content accurately reflects your information and requirements
- All business contact details, links, and images are correct
- Spelling, grammar, and keywords are as intended
- The optimized version meets your expectations for AI search and chatbot visibility
Refunds After Order Completion
If the final distributed press release contains material inaccuracies or errors that were introduced by our team (and not present in the version you approved), you may request a free rewrite and re-distribution where possible.
This policy does not cover differences in formatting, image/video placement, or archiving decisions made by third-party news outlets, as these are controlled by the publishers.
If your press release is not distributed to the minimum number of outlets promised in your chosen package (for reasons within our control), you are entitled to a full refund under our money-back guarantee.
All other refund requests after completion will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Credit card / bank refunds: Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to a different account or payment method.
