Professional accreditation through Approach Training Earn your 21/64 Certification by completing our signature Approach Training. Build skills, gain confidence, and signal your expertise in guiding families across generations.

21/64 Approach Training

The 21/64 Approach Training and ongoing peer network helps you acquire the personal skills, generational awareness, and technical tools to work more effectively with next-generation funders and multigenerational family enterprise clients.

21/64 Advanced Trainings

Once you’ve completed the 21/64 Approach Training and earned certification, a new level of learning opens up. Our Advanced Trainings are designed exclusively for Certified Advisors who want to sharpen their practice in focused, high-impact areas.

Introductory and Advanced Trainings for philanthropy advisors and other professionals deepens personal skills, technical tools, and generational awareness. Trainings take place over the course of 3-4 days.
Online Workshops provide professionals with the opportunity to learn from 21/64 and connect with each other in 90-minute events on a range of topics.
Learning Community gives Certified Advisors the opportunity to go deeper in their learning and connect more as a group throughout the year.
Certified Advisors of Color Program is a year-long leadership development opportunity dedicated to the advancement of philanthropic professionals of color in building trust and transformative relationships with philanthropic families and individuals in their communities.
