Resources for accomplishing your goals.

Why Tools?

We believe that change begins with an awareness of self and when we’re looking to make change happen, whether that’s as an individual, a family, an organization or as a coach helping others, we know that speaking from the heart is the key to transformation.

But that isn’t always easy. With competing thoughts and pressures, it can be challenging to focus on what really matters.

These conversations can feel new or intimidating. A common question we hear is, “Where do we start?”

21/64 Certified Advisors receive a 20% discount on all tools.

Tools Make Change Happen.

21/64’s tools cultivate that awareness and while helping to articulate how we make decisions, shape our beliefs and take action. With this awareness, we are able to shift perspectives, create connections, consider obstacles and leverage strengths to move forward with conviction.

Our collection includes thoughtfully created reflection cards, beautifully designed guides, intentionally curated toolkits, digital facilitator tools, and customizable resources that support conversations about identity, values, wealth, legacy, and strategic decision-making.

21/64’s tools use tactile and interactive exercises to help users clarify priorities, organize their thoughts, and build deeper connections with themselves and others. Designed for all ages—from 14 to 84—these tools make it easy to spark meaningful conversations, strengthen multigenerational bonds, and engage participants in dynamic, transformational experiences.

Testimonials

"We have found so many settings where it has been helpful to facilitate cross-generational conversation. Generational Personalities and the Generational Profiles leads the way to open up dialogue, understanding and connection. It is such a great, hands-on, interactive experience that ends up being a lot of fun for people. We love the creativity that we see happening as people diagram the different generations. We also have seen how the tool can help breakdown stereotypes about the different generations. We have found that facilitating these tools is beneficial in many different settings –at family meetings, with groups of wealth advisors, nonprofit professionals, and at conferences. We are excited to use it shortly with a local multi-generational Women in Philanthropy group."

"I facilitated What Am I Inheriting? and Motivational Values at the Leadership Development Institute for a program training young leadership who are newly involved with the Miami Jewish Community. The participants got so much out of both tools and engaged in very meaningful conversations around leadership, identity and values, as well as sharing their own stories. Every time I have used these tools with an individual, family, or group, they always take the conversation to another level."

"We used the Family Diagram very successfully during a workshop I attended, facilitated by 21/64. Participants ranged in age from 21 to 60 and found the Family Diagram an amazing tool for concisely mapping their family data and then using it to identify and examine the relationships and patterns within. I was also surprised by how it opened up meaningful conversations between participants, giving us all a more accessible way of sharing our family story with others. A couple of years later, people who attended are still talking about how much they learned from that Family Diagram activity."

"I LOVE the roleplay Toolkit! 21/64 continues to delight and impress me with what they create. I keep the miniatures I picked for my “dreamed” and “dreaded” selves on the credenza in my office — they serve as a perfect reminder of who I’m always intending to be. This is a great tool to use with my clients."

"I have been using the Motivational Values cards for the last few years at the Jewish Federation of Nashville and Middle Tennessee. It is a wonderful way for us to open our events. We encourage participants to choose the top three values they hold dear. This helps us, in a short period of time, break down the invisible walls between newcomers and allow them to relate to one another based on their values. It takes about 10 minutes to transform the group from strangers to family. This tool has also helped facilitate values-centered conversations between family members that may not have been discussed previously. A wonderful tool to being a dialogue."

"Talking about philanthropy can be challenging. Exploring Giving is a tool we use at Central Indiana Community Foundation to prompt conversations and to help clients gain insight into themselves and others. They are a great resource for any group that needs an opening ice breaker. We often suggest the cards to families for a Thanksgiving dinner activity or any multigen gathering to explore what giving means to each person. I highly recommend this tool for anyone working with individuals or groups who are exploring how to make philanthropy more meaningful or how to open conversations around the topic of charitable giving."

"I have actually used both tools extensively for the better part of a decade- I think since 2016. I am a CFP that specializes in working with clients for whom philanthropy is an important lifetime or estate practice. I use these two decks and exploring wealth and exploring giving. We won't undertake planning without doing these exercises first. Makes a huge difference in understanding value systems and priorities."

"The photo cards are a remarkable resource for quickly stimulating thoughtful and engaging conversation about the things that are important to them and why. I have used them numerous times with groups of various sizes, ages and relationships – ranging from family boards to workshop attendees. In all cases the photos quickly enabled a much deeper discussion more quickly than otherwise would have happened. Terrific that they are also available on an app!"

“When I looked up at the white board where everyone’s values had been written, I saw most everybody had some form of love on their value list. It was like a light being turned on!”
