How to
Place an Order
Account Access
- • Log in to the 1SourceVideo Portal using your authorized reseller credentials (email and password).
- • If you require login access, please contact your 1SourceVideo Sales Representative.
- • Within the Account Dashboard, you can:
- • View recent order activity
- • Manage shipping addresses
- • Update account details
- • Pay Invoices
- • Change your password
Creating an Online Order
- • Add items to your cart to build your order.
- • For inventory or product questions, contact your Sales Representative.
- • When ready, select “Proceed to Checkout” and complete the checkout process.
Required Information
When placing an order, you must include:
- • Purchase Order (PO) Number
- • Shipping account number (UPS or FedEx, if applicable)
- • Account owner name (for third-party shipping)
- • Payment details (if applicable)
- • Special instructions or requests
- • Promotional codes (if applicable)
Duplicate Orders Policy
- • Orders submitted with a duplicate PO number, without clearly indicating a revision, will be processed as new orders.
- • Any resulting errors must follow the standard RMA process.
- • Credits for duplicate orders:
- • Issued at net pricing only
- • Exclude shipping and credit card fees
- • Return shipping for duplicate orders is the responsibility of the reseller.
Revisions
& Cancellations
Order Visibility
- • All orders can be viewed under “My Orders” in your account.
- • Order status updates and tracking numbers are available once shipped.
How to Cancel an Order
You may cancel an order using one of the following methods:
- • Navigate to “Open Orders” and select the red “X” next to the order
- • Submit a request via “Contact Us” → Order Cancellation
Cancellation Deadlines
- • 4:00 PM EST (for EST & CST shipments)
- • 4:00 PM MST (for MST & PST shipments)
- • Cancellations submitted after cutoff:
- • Are not guaranteed
- • May incur applicable shipping charges
How to Change an Order
To revise an order:
- • Go to “Open Orders” and select the edit (pencil) icon
- • Or submit a request via “Contact Us” → Sales Order Revision
Change Request Deadlines
- • Same cutoff times as cancellations:
- • 4:00 PM EST / 4:00 PM MST
- • Requests submitted after cutoff:
- • Will be processed the next business day, if possible
Important
- • If the edit icon is grayed out, the order:
- • Has already been packed or shipped
- • Cannot be modified
- • May only be canceled (if still within cutoff window)
Shipping Information
Shipping Requirements
- • All drop shipments must include a valid recipient phone number
- • Incorrect address fees will be charged to the reseller
- • Third-party shipping:
- • Provide account number and account owner
- • COD shipments are not supported for drop shipments
Shipping Methods
UPS
Available options include:
- • Next Day Air Early AM
- • Next Day Air / Saver
- • 2nd Day Air (AM / Standard)
- • 3 Day Select
- • Ground
- • If “best way” is selected with no delivery date:
- • Shipment will default to UPS Ground
FedEx
- • A valid FedEx account number is required
- • Service level must be specified (e.g., Ground, Priority, etc.)
Shipping Estimates
UPS
Available options include:
- • Provided for prepaid orders only
- • Final shipping costs may vary due to:
- • Carrier rates
- • Fuel surcharges
- • Transportation adjustments
- • Estimates can be obtained:
- • Through your Sales Representative
- • Directly within the Portal during checkout
- • 1SourceVideo is not responsible for estimate variances.
