RMA - Defective Product RMA - Return for Dealer Credit General Return Policies

  • General
    Return Policies

    UNOPENED Hardware Returns:

    • •   Unopened hardware may be returned within thirty (30) days from the invoice date.
    • •   Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
    • •   A Dealer Credit Memo will be issued once the product is received and verified as unopened and unused.
    • •   Shipping charges and payment processing fees will be deducted from the credit memo prior to issuance.

    OPENED Blackmagic Design Hardware:

    • •   Opened Blackmagic Design products may be returned within five (5) days from the invoice date for credit only.
    • •   Non-defective opened products are subject to:
      • •   10% restocking fee
      • •   Payment processing fees (if applicable)
      • •   Shipping charges
    • •   Returns requested after 5 days from invoice date will not be accepted.

    OPENED Hardware (All Other Manufacturers):

    • •   No returns or credits will be issued for opened products from manufacturers other than Blackmagic Design.
    • •   All such returns must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
    • •   1SourceVideo will provide manufacturer contact information upon request.

    RMA Requirements:

    • •   Upon approval, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions will be issued.
    • •   All approved returns must be received within ten (10) days from the RMA issuance date.
    • •   The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
    • •   Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned at the reseller’s expense.

    Software
    & Promotional
    Return Policies

    Software Returns:

    • •   Software products are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

    Memory Products:

    • •   1SourceVideo will process DOA (Dead on Arrival) and standard returns.
    • •   Returns for unsealed merchandise are accepted within thirty (30) days of invoice.
    • •   DOA claims require a manufacturer-issued RMA prior to 1SourceVideo approval.

    Special Order & End of Life Items:

    • •   These items are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
    • •   No exceptions will be made.

    Black Friday, Cyber Monday & Holiday Bundles:

    • •   Bundled products MAY NOT be separated or returned individually.
    • •   Returns will not be accepted if any component is opened or activated.
    • •   An RMA request may be submitted for full bundle returns only, subject to approval.

    0–30 Days from Invoice:

    • •   Credit will be issued once products are verified as unopened, unused, and not activated.
    • •   Shipping and payment processing fees will be deducted from the credit.

    After 30 Days:

    • •   Returns will not be accepted.

    Buy X Get Y Promotions:

    • •   Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
    • •   All products associated with the promotion (including free units) may be required to be returned.
    • •   Promotional pricing is typically averaged across all qualifying units.
    • •   Orders must ship complete to qualify:
      • •   Partial shipments
      • •   Split shipments
      • •   Accumulated quantities across multiple POs WILL NOT QUALIFY for promotional eligibility.
    • •   Defective or DOA items must follow the standard manufacturer RMA process.

    Authorized Returns
    - Additional Terms

    • •   All returns on credit card purchases will be issued as a Dealer Credit Memo only, less applicable credit card fees.
    • •   Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • •   All return-related costs, including:
      • •   Shipping
      • •   Duties
      • •   Taxes
      • •   Brokerage
      • •   Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the reseller
