About Chuck Knabusch
Chuck Knabusch, Jr. is the founder and principal of 13Ten Business Solutions, LLC.
His leadership foundation was built in the US Army, where he spent nine years leading teams to install and maintain communications for division-level units. He was instrumental in deploying cutting-edge digital communications systems and training others on their implementation—early experience in systematizing complex operations.
Chuck then spent twenty-eight years climbing through every level of manufacturing operations at a multinational company, working across facilities in the United States, Canada, Thailand, and Mexico. This wasn’t academic learning—it was hands-on experience solving real problems at every leadership level:
- Supported manufacturing operations through a variety of functional departments, including IT, Materials, Quality, Logistics, Project/Program Management, as well as Production Management.
- Started as a frontline supervisor dealing with production schedules, quality issues, and team management.
- Advanced to operations management, coordinating cross-functional teams and optimizing facility performance.
- Led enterprise-wide initiatives, including ERP implementations, international facility startups, and conversions to cellular manufacturing.
